  1. Six actually (JDBar). He originally made one (Maya), but made the mistake of making her think she was a human and not a tulpa. So when she became suicidal, he made his five tulpa while trying to dissipate Maya. However, the dissipation didn't work, so a few days ago he brought Maya back.
  2. That's Monacos flag, not Indonesia. Monaco had it first. Also, instead of the ISS patch, how about the full-blown flag of the Organization of American States? (linked because image is 2000px wide, too big for some comps). And yes, they do update if if a country joins or leaves. (the SVG of that flag completely freezes Firefox on my crappy Macbook ).
  3. How is that simple? A flag should not have text or a seal (fails at that), should be easily reproduced by a child (fails at that), and have 2-3 colors. The only part of it that is part of NAVAs (North American Vexillology Association) list is that it's meaningful (at least I think, the only time I've been in Illinois was to drive into Indiana). And the eagle doesn't look to good, at least California can put a good-looking animal on a flag. Sorry, I just don't like it (and that goes for all seal/coat of arms on a single background flags).
  4. That's a banner, not a flag. This is a flag! (from dalea1 on DeviantArt). Also, go check this out. How come almost all Japanese flags are so well made, yet over half of US state flags are just bedsheets with a coat of arms/state seal?
  5. Look here. Do you really doubt that there are several people, some posting every/almost every single day, and someone hosting, maintaining, and improving the site, if this was all a big rick roll?
  6. I prefer the explanation that Equestrian-planet-land is flat. Makes it easier, doesn't put Equestria in such a cataclysmic position if the princesses were to leave/die/enter a coma/etc, and allows Luna control over the stars (since they're just lights in the sky in a flat earth).
  7. This thread is to discuss anything flags. What's your favorite flag? Got any flag trivia to share? Any comments on the Nepalese or Libyan flag? Post it here! To start the thread off, my favorite flag is the Tennessee flag. It's got all the elements of a good flag. Bask in its glory.
  8. Your tulpa is as sapient and mentally mature as you are. And don't ignore anything your tulpa does, you are the only other sapient who can experience what they do. Lots of tulpa on tulpa.info have said that it's very hurtful when they're ignored.
  9. Demiurge, pressure is a good thing, unlike what Kakei says. It is a very common side-effect of having a developing tulpa (people say that the pressure goes away when the tulpa is finished). It could even start happening all the time (like with me). I've also been able to ask my tulpa to move the pressure, or use pressure (and a cold wave over my head) as a yes/no, and she hasn't even moved yet. She's better at truth or fail than I am...
  10. The past few days I've been into flags. So I made these Equestrian flags a few days ago. The first 2 are the flags, and the last 2 are animated versions of them. The symbology of the 12 and the 5 6-pointed stars is magic, since Equestria seems like the magic capital of its world. The 3 stripes on each corner represents the three races, without putting one race on top of another. As for the colors, I prefer the top one. And although the colors don't mean anything to me, you could think of it as the flags of the Celestial Empire and the Lunar Republic. Or, the bottom flag could be the flag of Equestria when Luna was banished, with the white being Celestias fur, the yellow her cutie mark, and the purple magic. Then the top one would be when Luna came back, with the blue being Lunas fur, the white Celestias fur, and the purple magic. Whatever floats your boat. Yesterday I decided to redesign the US flag. Here is the gallery. I've made the blue area circular, and redesigned the star pattern into 2 circles, plus a big star in the center representing Washington D.C. or the federal government. And the flag is now in a 2:3 aspect ratio, because I prefer it over 10:19 (or any other ratio). The first one is the flag with the thirteen stripes turned into thirteen starbursts (my favorite), the second and third has the stripes horizontal and vertical. The fourth and fifth are just extra flags, 2-striped Texas-style. Flags 6-10 are animated versions. The second batch have a new star pattern (star pattern + a circle of stars for overflow). The third batch are in a third star pattern (a central star, 3 rings of 6, 12, & 18, and a ring of 13 giant stars). The fourth batch is a little different from the others. This batch completely removes the star-for-state design, instead using 13 stars, and the only stripes designs are of the simply series. Also has a ice cream cone pattern, just cause. The fifth batch is a 51-stars design, for when the US gets a 51st state. Pattern is from the circular 51-stars US flag design on Wikipedia. --EDIT-- Here's my hawaiian flag redesigns. Due to the UK canton, I've decided to redesign the Hawaiian flag. All of them follow the same red, white, and blue pattern, and now have a 2:3 ratio as well, because it's better. However, the blue is now a lighter blue, to represent the ocean that surrounds Hawaii. The first flag is a simple blue background with stars in the relative sizes and positions of the main 9 Hawaiian islands. The next 2 flags are the same as the first flag, except that there is a red and white stripe at either the top/bottom or left/right. Inspired by the awesomeness that is the Tennessee flag. The next few flags have a few different designs. There is the paddles from the original Kingdom of Hawaii flag, the paddles with a red circular background (further inspired by Tennessee), 50 stars (representing its status as the 50th state), and 50 stars plus the paddles in the center. The next 8 have the same symbols as the previous flags, except with 9 stripes similar to the current Hawaiian flag, representing the 9 main islands of Hawaii, like in the Kingdom of Hawaii flag. Additionally there are two versions, with horizontal and vertical stripes. The last 2 are red, white, and blue striped flags, horizontal or vertical, however with the paddles. The last 21 are just animated versions of these flags.
  11. Not really. You can change the form even if it were to deviate into something you can't stand (although try to keep all deviations). And for the personality, if you do it it shouldn't become a total opposite. Even if you don't do personality (the Irish' method) the tulpa personality shouldn't be as messed up as Molestia. Unless of course your mind is equally as messed up, in which case I pity you.
  12. Mine is too! It was originally going to be Rainbow Dash, but right before starting making a human just felt right. Still plan on making my second or third tulpa a pony. I think the better question is... is there anyone on this site with a male tulpa?

    movies/tv Disney Channel

Lauren Faust is the co-producer of Wander Over Yonder. Her husband (who created PowerPuff Girls and Foster Home) is the creator. So although the premise seems a bit ridiculous (especially the villain name), I have hope for the show. I think Disney would improve a LOT if they drop It's A Laugh Productions, make most of their shows cartoons, keep Disney Junior to its own channel, become commercially funded so they have more money for the shows, and only have at the most 2 sitcoms, but never have it in a high school setting.
  14. Primeval. Season 3 was left on a cliffhanger, and now season 5 ended on another cliffhanger! *prays that Primeval: New World will be good* There's also the Sarah Connor Chronicles (another cliffhanger, and only 2 seasons). And Jericho, although I'm just starting a Netflix power-marathon it's seems like a good show. One show is not enough!

What is your opinion on Disney Channel? How much better was it a few years ago, and why hasn't Disney Channel stopped making It's A Laugh Track® Sitcoms?
  16. MLP:FiM Avatar (both shows) Gravity Falls (only good show on Disney, and that says a lot) There were some others I watched when I was young such as Dexters Laboratory, Fosters Home, Jackie Chan, Kim Possible, America Dragon: Jake Long, and Teen Titans, but I haven't watched them for years so I can't really comment on them.
  17. Mine will be slightly taller than me. However, if I was making a pony as originally planned, it would reach around the waist level of an averaged size person. Just my idea of the size of an MLP pony.
  18. You won't need to sit down for an hour or so everyday with your tulpa after it's sapient and imposed. No need to abandon it due to lack of time. Just talk to it every day, make sure it doesn't dissipate due to lack of attention. And if this will be your lifelong friend, that should never be an issue.
  19. Watched End of Evangelion... yep, still not seeing anything meaningful in the show.

  20. Just finished Neon Genesis Evangelion. Don't see why so many people like that uselessly angsty confusing unfinished show.

  21. Do they believe that eventually it'll materialize physically? If so no thanks, I'll stay where the laws of physics can't be broken. And if they believe it'll stay as a hallucination they should be the ones going over to tulpas, so they won't get restricted by their metaphysical beliefs and animal forms.

Death, destruction, fighting, stuff blowing up . As long as there's usually a fight scene in each episode, it'll be okay. I'm going to try Neon Genesis Evangelion soon.

    mega thread Anime Discussion Thread

Any good animes that are action-based and don't devolve into slice of life? I've watched Haruhi Suzumiya and Shakugan no Shana, but the plots became so boring I couldn't stand watching it.
