  1. Huh. Ushari was apparently the first character to explicitly die in a Disney Jr show(Not counting Scar, as he was already dead). While another character in the Lion Guard did end up explicitly dying as well, that was towards the end of the 3rd season and after Ushari dies, so not only was Ushari one of the only villains to really leave any visible marks(Kion's scar will never heal, Ono's eyesight is better but not back to how it was), he was also the first character to explicitly die in a Disney Jr show. I seriously wish that Ono hadn't been able to save Bunga in time, then maybe Kion wouldn't of had such a rough time on his journey to the tree of life, for instance, he wouldn't have been immediately banished from the tree because the rock slide that triggered the fight wouldn't have happened. And maybe I'd find the third season to be more enjoyable, because with no Ushari. Janja, Jasiri, Masinko, or Rairai and her jackals for most of the season, and Bunga and Rani and a mopey Kion who gets an even more overpowered and overrated roar for some/most/all of the season, it doesn't balance out very well. At least in the third season I can't make an argument about the villains just needing to eat, so yay! Makucha, the snow leopard who I don't know the name of, and Mama Binterong are all really good villains, and honestly I really do like Azad, Binga, and Fileo(I spelled it the best I could remember his name). And I really do like the first episode, Battle for the Pridelands, and that scene where the Lion Guard are returning to the Pridelands and meet back up with their friends and family just, it was so "Awwwwww." Season 3 had the best line in the whole season, Azad said, "Scared of lightning, hyena?" to Janja, and then Janja said, "Me? Afraid? No way!" and then Kion roars at the cloud and tells everyone that they're going to ride the tree down the river, and Azad says, "Must we?" and then Janja says, "What? Afraid of water, cheetah?"
  2. In the Lion Guard season 2 episode 1 Babysitter Bunga, the most ridiculous fight scene ever occurs and is the reason why Babysitter Bunga is my least favorite episode now.  Also, I wanted the jackals to win because I did not care about any of those animals, but I don't want Rairai and her jackals to starve, so I wanted them to at least have something to eat.  And those baby animals+Bunga needed plot convenience to win as well, and the whole scene I was actually yelling at the TV, it was so bad. :baconmane:

  3. Darn it Ushari, how dare you be such a good character!  Janja still has his spot as the #1 character in the Lion Guard, and Jasiri still has her #2 spot, but Ushari has bumped Fuli down to #4 and taken her spot as #3.

@Dawn-Sunlight How could I not hug such a beautiful pony?

  5. Definitely! Also that's a really cool name, @TheRockATrice.
  6. Yeah, lets just have a giant Pokemon catching party.
  7. I have a feeling that I won't do very many, if any, more drawings on the computer, it's just not my thing because it's really hard and takes forever and doesn't look as good as the hand-drawn stuff.  Those are also reasons why I am so proud of Dawn on the computer, because it really did feel like it took forever while I was coloring her.

  9. Not sure if I should be proud or angry that Janja finally managed to tackle Kion.

  10. Vitani: You look different with that scar.  And surrounded by Outlanders.

Me: Do you not recognize Jasiri?!

I can imagine Janja just thinking, "What just happened?"

  12. @Treeglow Flicker: Hi! I'm incredibly impressed in people who can watch the entire show in only a few weeks, like, I think I'd get bored.
  13. You have the complete opposite opinion of me there. I hate Lapis so much. I think earlier posts on here by me sum it up pretty well, so I'll just quote them. and Sorry if these come out too harsh, I'm trying to explain why I don't like Lapis. Also, I actually do think she's only a Crystal Gem because it's easier for her and not because she actually believes in what the Crystal Gems do or loves the Earth based on this line, "If they're going to punish me like a Crystal Gem, I might as well be one". The unfortunate thing is that Lapis had the opportunity to be a good character, if we take away all her appearances where she's being the worst like Barn Mates or Room for Ruby or especially Raising the Barn, and keep the ones where she was a great supporting character like Gem Harvest or my favorite appearance of her, Hit the Diamond, she would be a funny, supportive character, probably one of my favorites. She and White, Yellow and especially Pink Diamond are the only characters in Steven Universe that I don't like, I haven't watched, like, most of the show, just a lot of clips and all of Peridot's episodes, plus the ending of season 5, basically all of Diamond Days I think.
  14. And here I thought that Gigantamaxed Drednaw was the most ridiculous thing I'd ever seen in a Pokemon Game. And then Gigantamaxed Meowth comes along. And it looks ABSOLUTELY ridiculous! Dynamax as a whole, honestly, is ridiculous, we didn't need both Dynamax and Gigantamax in the game! Gigantamax actually gives us new forms and new moves and it's not every single Pokemon, while Dynamax is so much worse than Megas. And there are some Megas who already have models for the Switch(Gen 1), so I don't get why the Pokemon in the Galar region who can Mega Evolve didn't get their Megas.
  15. @Misscellanio: Yep, because it's Peridot, for me any episode where she plays a major role where Lapis isn't being the absolute worst is a great episode. I honestly feel like Peri needs more screen time. How do you feel about Lapis?
  16. Wow, I'm a butterfly now!  Sigh, I liked the parasprite better, it was adorable.

I hope you get a better rank soon, my friend! :kindness: It was the same for me – I really liked the squirrel rank. ^_^

Yeah, well at least it took me much faster to get to 200 post count than it did for 100 despite me being less active than I was when I first joined.  Probably has to do with me reaching out of my shell more.  I might be able to just keep myself on the Parasprite rank 'cause I think once the admins are done revealing their new ranks you have the option to choose what rank you're at if you already got it. :coco:

:awwthanks: I can't get over how good this emoji is. :awwthanks:

  17. @Misscellanio: My favorite episode is Catch and Release. I love Peridot too!
  18. Yes, finished a black and white outline of my OC, Dawn Sunlight, me in Equestria!  First time drawing with the computer, that's why it looks pretty sloppy.

By the way, yes she/I am an alicorn in MLP.

  19. Yeah, I'm almost positive that pony Sunset did not kill human Sunset. Pony Sunset could have easily used Spike as leverage to get the crown from Twilight, instead of the portal, and that way she wouldn't actually have to bluff, as Spike meant nothing to her. But she didn't, she only used Spike to lure Twilight to the portal, than gave him back once Twilight was where she could see the portal. Also, Sunset didn't use force to back her reign of the school up, instead, she used emotional methods and manipulation to split the students up and keep them fearful of her. The only time she used actual foe in the 1st EQG movie was when she was frustrated, had ran out of options, and was being rubbed the wrong way after just failing to get the thing she wanted. So, I don't find it likely at all that Pony Sunset killed human Sunset.
  20. I knew as soon as I saw thisimage.png.e084026d268b704cac13748c2ada8569.png

I made a mistake looking for upset Sunset Shimmer.

Great comic, I just cried a little while reading it for. . . reasons.

That's a familiar feeling... :adorkable: I can't read anything I've written on forums a few years ago, it's just way too embarrassing! :please:

  22. Well, one has so much wasted potential and the other has a really frustrating element, so I don't really like either of them compared to the other EQG movies, however, Friendship Games wins. Friendship Games had a lot of wasted potential, from the cut Sunset story to the final scene that never amounted to anything else, and also for some reason felt the need to include Sci-Twi, a human Twilight, in the group, despite there already being both a way to communicate and get Twilight(pony) and a main character who was very capable of being the lead heroine. I also kind of wish that the Crystal Prep main 5 students had done more, but they were pretty funny, and they did help the story, so they were fine(except for Indigo Zap, who had no time to shine, and Sunny Flare who has no personality and never gained any). However, it is an enjoyable movie as well as actually having a plot that makes Sci-Twi semi-sympathetic, and by that, I mean she could have thrown the pendent away or destroyed it as soon as she saw that it was hurting people, her dog got zapped by magic because of her pendent, and Sci-Twi still continues to use it. A whole bunch of giant plants try to eat the students participating in the event, plus her and her dog, she gets yelled at for using it and she still continues to keep it around her neck, despite knowing full well that she has no idea how this works, how to control it, or how to fix things the pendent does. Although I do like angry Sunset, I do think she was a bit harsh on Sci-Twi. Now, Legend of Everfree on the other hoof, did not have any wasted potential, but it was still pretty bad. And there is one main reason for this. It's obviously not Sunset, and it's not Spike. It's not even the "No offense"s. My problem with Legend of Everfree is the person it's focused around, Sci-Twi. Pushing aside the fact that it was super unfair for Sunset, the person who should have had her own plot in Friendship Games, had to wait 5 movies to get her own solo one while the human Twilight shoved in because I don't know why gets to have two solo movies for her first and second movie, this movie was the reason why I hated Sci-Twi for so long, and even now I'm pretty biased against her. Remember Rainbow Rocks, where Sunset has a lot of external conflict, but she doesn't do very much to any moping, certainly not to anywhere near the degree Sci-Twi was. Sure, I can get that you're scared, but that doesn't mean all you do about your problems is sing a song about how you need to hide your problems, even from your talking dog. I think having the movie very much focused on Sci-Twi really highlighted her moping and refusing to get help for herself a lot more than if this had been a Sunset-Sci-Twi movie, or really any other combination with Sci-Twi. Yeah, maybe it's just a me problem, but it was very frustrating to sit through Legend of Everfree once I realized that all Sci-Twi was doing was moping and refusing to get help for herself, even though she doesn't have reason to do that, the whole school has been making her feel welcome, she already has a great group of friends, and she basically has her own friendship teacher and therapy dog. Basically, Friendship Games is easier and more enjoyable for me to watch than Legend of Everfree, but they're both still the second and third worst EQG movies on my list.
  23. Update on that test:  I think I did pretty well!  :yay:
