Though I agree with most of which that was said above, I must ask if it is legal to use the actual character on the box? Yes, the figurines themselves aren't the exact characters, but the pictures are the EXACT same as the Hasbro toys.

You would not believe how many times I've typed out some long-winded response, and right before I hit post, I asked myself:

The reason I don't top 50 or 60 posts a day anymore is because half the time when I'm RIGHT there, about to post a response that took me half an hour to type, I just click and go right back to the homepage. I've come to the conclusion, that if I'm not totally needed, than there's no real point to post there.

Onto statuses, they rarely do any good nowadays. Almost all of the drama stems from them and I cannot say that I am an exception. However you can't remove them as they are a vital tool in our communication.

 

Woah, let me slow you down right there. You haven't been on the Internet long. Obviously Feld0 has some sense of what he's doing. From my personal experience, these mods know what they're doing. They're not sauntering around or trying to knock each other down. They aren't trying to hold personal vendettas with other users (guilty as charged, C4B). This place has some of the most classy mods I've seen. If I thought this moderating team was bad, why would I be here? Mind you, I'm not even this forum's target audience. If any one thing unappealed to me, you can bet I wouldn't be typing this.

The mods on this site are just like every other site I've been on, pretty much nonexistent except for the occasional locked thread, except this is the only site that praises them.

 

And once again, Feld0 is a person. He picked a bunch of users he thought were good. He's not a God who magically knows who the best mod is.

 

I would LIKE to do it, but I know I'm rather disliked. In any case, since I can't be the one making questions, I would sure as heck like to be participating. Just when do you expect to do this?

Why do you feel as though Frenzyhero isn't giving good thread material? Why have you not thought about thread advertising?

Considering that there have been 13,535 moderator actions logged that have not been carried out by Devin, I think this opinion is extremely uninformed.

 

I wasn't saying any of the moderators weren't doing their job. Overall, I'm satisfied with the way you guys run this place. Many of the forums I'm on it's like a melee and a moshpit 24/7. I know there's a lot of stuff that goes on. Maybe there should be a PSA since some users are obviously uncomfortable though?

If they have an issue with a moderator they can message Feld0 or Swoop and explain the matter. Zoop's on a make-believe vacation, so leave him out of this.

 

Yes, but people are so content to let things fester in the dung hole that are the statuses and whine and complain without taking any action to rectify the matter.

Apparently some people feel (not my opinion) that the moderation (excluding Devin) is slacking off. They feel as though they aren't doing their job. Personally, I believe this means that the community is being well-behaved. HOWEVER, they're saying (not naming names) that the whole ISN'T well behaved.

 

Again, this isn't me. This is just two other high ranking users here on the forums. If the higher ranking users on the forums aren't pleased with how things are happening however, then maybe it's time for a self-evaluation.

 

In conclusion, what are the moderators doing?

Love and tolerance is a very blind creed. We must learn to tolerate, because we can't change everything. However, we shouldn't love what we don't like or approve of. That would be silly. Somethings you shouldn't have to tolerate, such as NSFW material on this board.

 

It's a VERY situational term that I think should be dispelled.
