Blood Knight -   Love Fighting if she gets a chance, when Scootaloo let her out.

Hero-Worshipper -   just like Scootaloo, she too Idolize Rainbow dash. (well in a distorted and twisted kind of Idolizing rainbow dash)

Beware the Quiet Ones -   opposite to Scootaloo confidence, the shadow is very quiet and shy.

Enemy Within -   is the inner demon of scootaloo, probably try to consume Scootaloo soul and take over her body

Straw Nihilist -   Believe That Life Is Completely Meaningless. Protect  Scootaloo from harm way (believe if scoot die than The Shadow die too)

Made of Evil -  The Shadow is the embodiment of darkness and only know how to be evil and cannot understand what is right or wrong

I don't think the world of equestria is perfect, since there might be a few cannibals living among Ponies and with villain like chrysalis, sombra, and Tirek, there some jerk in the world of MLP

so, it isn't impossible but there might few of the Ponies that does eat meat.  and I wouldn't dare Rainbow dash to eat meat. (in fear of Making Rainbow dash mad)

Rainbow dash- is the least likely suspect since her life goal is to become a wonderbolt. even due being blackmail, Dashies would never resort to murder to obtain her goals.

Twilight sparkles- Twilight wouldn't have a motive at all, unless she simply wanted to eliminate the burden of blackmail for the other five. Probably have Mr. Boddy arrested.

Applejack-Applejack could easily commit murder if her family was threatened, but I think she'd also have the most trouble living with it. 

Rarity-rarity seems to be more of the Victorian era type like they are in the game clue. she's so against getting dirty it almost makes sense that she does it in secret... or if her career getting ruined would make her the most probable suspect though. If her designer secrets were leaked to rivals in the fashion industry, she'd definitely be driven over the edge.

Fluttershy- I can't see Fluttershy doing it unless her animal friends were threatened.  

Pinkie's pie-- Pinkie would be the most difficult to blackmail. I don't know what would compel her to do it other than threatening to sabotage an important party she's planning (like poisoning some of her desserts). or just end up disappearing and baked into cupcake just like all of her missing victims that has gone missing.

Sunshine sunshine ladybugs awake  Fluttershy and rainbow dash even Rainbow dash as a filly is far more awesome and Cuter than Fluttershy

I thought that Twilight's cutie mark represent the spark of friendship but now they showed us that elements of harmony are not necessarily conected only with friendship.

When Twilight understood the importance of friendship? In presence of Elements of Harmony (a spark in her eyes).

Excluding regular magic it could be, but they already introduced also very powerful magic of love, which also can be the Magic by big M.

Can harmony be only connected with friendship? We also have the symbols of the sun and the moon on this tree. This is something bigger than magic of friendship I think.

 Rainbow's emotional instability manifests itself in her brashness and anger. She's a pony who relies on respect, and she can get really defensive about it. She wants to be a pony other ponies can look up to... that other ponies idolize and care for. She wants to be a role model. When her abilities are called into question, unlike the other ponies, she puts in every bit of effort she has into defending her honor. So when she feels as though she's been beaten, it hurts her unbearably, because someone's getting noticed and doing better than she is, thus meaning they, in her mind, must deserve more respect. It's why she sticks by her friends and is always loyal; because she wants her friends to look up to her, or even look AT her, as somepony worth respecting. And when she messes up, she can become a wreck, yet she's so much less fragile because she can eventually pick herself out of her rut without the problem being fully fixed. She soldiers on even through failure and never gives up on doing what's right, even before the problem is inevitably solved.

And Fluttershy of all ponies should know that creatures live and creatures die, that's how life goes. How many woodland creatures has she seen live and die? Maybe not many now, since she is young, but as she ages she will see that happen to many of her woodland friends, at some point she will realize that it will happen to her and her friends as well and at that point she will have to come to the realization is that when the time comes she will shed that mortal coil, it's a sad fact but that's how life is.

Unless Discord gets in the way and disregards her final wishes and makes her immortal, but I could see Fluttershy hating him for that so he (should) let her die peacefully.

I don't think  Meghan McCarthy actually confirmed it but  that  is debatable since not every word the show staff say is true
