  1. I was with the majority on all of these. I chose Nightmare Moon even though I think she would be less considerate in how she did it, I just don't want to inflict the trauma on Celestia! D:
  2. Gaston is hilariously dumb and his song is classic, basically all the Rennaissance villains are great. I love Silver from Treasure Planet, he's a mix of both bad and good, really great character. Clayton from Tarzan is a real scary one as is the Sabor the leopard. Mad Madam Mim gets points because she infuriates Merlin so much its hilarious. I really do like most of the Disney villains. Oh yeah, if Pixar counts, then Syndrome is great too.
  3. Just felt like learning a bit about a country I knew nothing of so I watched this
  4. Ice Age for me, we had the DVD so I watched it many times as a kid
  5. I hand wash it. I actually need to do it soon > . < The next movie you watch must contain either dinosaurs or aliens. Which do you choose and why?
  6. Usagi (AKA Sailor Moon) & Tohru Honda from Fruits Basket. Ruby from RWBY. Starfire from Teen Titans (maybe Raven secretly too lol). Carl from Jimmy Neutron. Steven Universe. Also, it's not a cartoon, but Mr. Bean would have a hilarious friendship with Pinkie Pie.
  7. Feeling very, very sad today and in need of hugs
  8. Yeah, I feel you, my real parents divorced about 16 years ago. Something that is really tough about this one is I share a house with them, so I'll likely be losing the home I lived in for the past 10 years because of this.
  9. Just found out my stepdad was unfaithful to my mom with a much younger co-worker and that he wants a divorce. Not the best day
  10. It's not a fish, but that reminded me of this little dear who is adorable, the video is funny too because the scientists are just roasting him
  11. 519186 bottles of pop on the walllllll
  12. I'll be here as long as apple bloom keeps waving her silly arms (legs?) Yeah, things are more low key these days, but there are still things happening. There's a group of animators who are currently working on a complete reanimation of Magical Mystery Cure for example. They came out with a reanimation of a TYT short at the end of last year. And this is just one of many cool things happening!
  13. Feeling kind of empty. I just finished another full watch through of FIM/EQG... I was doing 1 episode a day so it lasted more than 8 months. Now it's time to take a break from the show for a while. I'll miss it, but I know I'll love it more when I come back to it refreshed from hiatus. It's always about the journey..... sigh
  14. I don't. For me, I don't really like mixing the author's intent with the ideas of other unconnected people. I already have a hard enough time when there are multiple writers pulling characters in various directions on a TV show or when an author returns to write a sequel to an old book. That is the reason I just mentally can't bring myself to be engaged by it. Still, I respect and admire the passion of those who make and read it. It's also a great tool to build up your writing skills in a safer environment than writing from scratch. It's kinda like doing a tribute song to a band you love. Gives you a well-defined box to start working in. And boxes can be good, so long as you don't let them become a cage! So, keep creating all you wonderful people!
  15. G2 really is kind of the lost generation of MLP. It just goes to show the importance of having some kind of tie-in media to make it memorable. Something like that just gives fans a lot more to sink their teeth into and talk about. It's a shame they didn't get something other than Friendship Gardens. On the other hand, I guess it makes them kinda unique since they are sort of the hidden generation. Every era has something that makes it unique!
