    Anyone here participating in art fight this year?

    If u dont know basically u upload ur ocs and then theres two teams and u „attack“ the other by drawing their ocs and they attack by drawing urs and u get points for every oc u draw and how u draw em and the team w the most points wins! I’d love to draw anyones oc! My art isnt really good and consistent but if u still wanna draw or follow me my user is P1x3ldreams!

    Journaling helps me a lot too. Especially writing down my feelings really helps me. Even when its just „idk how i feel“. Sometimes i also draw my feelings. Grounding exercises are the best for me when it comes to heavy thoughts. Just focusing on how things feel or the way things look helps to keep me from spiraling. And watching some comfort shows like mlp to remind my brain there is good in this world is also a nice distraction after i calmed myself down a bit in heavy situations. And lastly talk with someone. Similarly to journaling sometimes talking to someone just helps get some weight of your chest.

    I don't have a certain illness or anything it's just that I feel numb and disconnected like all the time and then randomly feel extreme emotions but it's like I don't feel them fully?. It's mostly anger or anxiety but I don't remember the last time I was genuinely happy...Also I randomly get overwhelmed out for no where. But luckily in a few weeks I'm going to weekly therapy and hopefully they'll sort it out.

    Finally after so many atempts it miraculously worked! It was still a bit glitchy and bcs i was playing on mobile and fullscreen didnt work it sometimes randomly zoomed in or turned blue and showed the copy paste options. It was still fun and i also really like the star effect when u clicked the notes! Also ignore the other tabs my chest is fine haha

    Hmm I feel like my sparkle would be pastel purple! You know when you think of red you think of fire and action and blue like ocean and coldness but purple? I feel like there isn't really smth associated w that. And I'm also not really just one thing u feel like I'm more than just one category yknow? I can be calm and gentle but also a little loud and proud I can be silly or clever! I also like to think it would have a pixelated kind of sparkle bcs I like digital stuff like video games or shows and bc of my name y know
