After seeing a Reddit post where someone compared the growing fanbase/the commonalities between this game and MLP, I've been sucked into a whole of playing Uma Musume.

Haru Urara is a sunshiney delight and has taken residence within the same spot in my heart as Pinkie Pie and Fluttershy.

Not the first time I’ve had this dream.

Man, if you were me and I were the one having that dream, I would be taking that as a sign to (and I'm quoting myself to myself, exactly how I'd phrase it to myself) "brush your goddamn teeth!".

I basically have only one hope and dream respectively.

The hope is that I won’t die with no one to mourn me, as all the people in my lift right now are older than me and are likely to lick the bucket before me.

The dream, luckily much less depressing, is that I can become a writer.

So some important context (especially since it was so short), I’m the kind of person who typically has a regular big, multipart dream before waking up, falling back asleep and having a bunch of mini dreams that are connected to the last dream and typically stay there. This was one of those mini dreams.

So I was a teenager again and had this elf girlfriend. It was getting dark and she lived a ways away from me, so between my desire to “walk” her home, the fact that I had night vision and she didn’t, and how I also needed to do something with one of those apps that gives you points towards gift cards just for walking/distance taken, I decided to hold her hand while we both rode separate bikes to her house.

Amazingly, we didn’t ever crash into each other. I think the handholding overwrote my fear/ability to manifest my thoughts into the dream reality.

I woke up almost immediately after we get there and she gives me a kiss as thanks.

It's called a manic episode, and you're getting three more seasons! :D

I once brought a lockpicking set to teach myself in the event I am locked out of my house.

It unfortunately makes a horrid metal-on-metal screeching noise, and I physically cannot stand using it.

"Hook shooah, sleep on that thang."

Considering how I think of them as an inspiration and an ideal to live up to, even more so than the rest of them, I think the world of Fluttershy and Pinkie Pie, in that order.

I try my best to live my life in a way that would make them happy.

Considering what it did to my relationship to the fandom (which I went into detail here and do not want to think about it any further than this post), I have a firey, burning hatred for 'Father Knows Beast'.

Other than that, I can't think of an episode I outright "hate", as opposed to not thinking that much of and not thinking about it.

I blame it on a fanfic I read once, but I can't stop thinking about Pinkie Pie singing Don't Stop Believin' by Journey.

I wanna believe I am, for the closest thing I've ever had to an idea of what I wanted to do with my life was "something with The Arts".

At first, I was big into drawing (the first ever thing I made that I was truly proud of was a freehand headshot of Isabella Garcia Shapiro), but that went nowhere as things and life happened. I've always, and still do, have a love for music, but I don't know the first thing about making music and I am too camera shy/have too much stage fright for singing.

For now, my current attempts are in writing. Specifically for a fanfiction-esc community project that has 'Friendship is Magic' as one of the properties it uses.

I am absolutely a night pony. I do my best thinking (IE, my brain decides to act at full capacity) by the glow of the moon's light.

Well first I would laugh, as anyone should at the ridiculousness of the situation, but then I'd help her out of there.

Granted, but your retirement comes at the cost of a terrible accident happening at your workplace. You no longer have legs.

I wish I weren't intimidated by the mountainous size of my backlog of movies, games, and books I wanna consume within my lifetime.

My brain is playing Brain Implosion Energy over and over again in my head. Even tho I know it'll pass, I am very empathic and within this moment my life is suffering.

I'm not gonna say why directly (because screw people who give out spoilers like that), but after reading the manga long before the anime was even announced, I myself can't watch this show. It'll hurt too much to see that person again while knowing everything that's going to happen to them.

So I had one of those dreams that was multiple dreams in one rest, but I completely forgot most of them.

The one I do remember, however, went like this: I was a female superhero battling some flying villain at some kind of town-wide social gathering (was it a fair? a festival? some third thing I can't remember the name of? I dunno!) themed around Greek deities.

As we fought, the villain shot a giant statue of Athena and Hercules. It caused the statue to split in two, separating the figures and making them fall, and I had a sadistic choice: Do I stop Hercules from smashing into a stadium and killing untold amounts of people (which included some loved ones) or do I stop Athena from landing on a building full of breakable objects and text of unspeakable historical importance and prevent a smaller "Library of Alexandria"-type situation?

I personally haven't engaged in social media in a hot minute. So far the only one I use, if you wanna call it one, is Discord.

So I don't feel like I can have a proper opinion on the matter.
