  1. Wow, nice color choice! Also, that cutie mark is really cool. How long did it take to draw those?
  2. I want to be a Game Designer. It's been my dream since I was a little kid playing games on the Super Nintendo. I'm also interested in writing and am currently writing a novel. So I guess being a writer is also a dream job of mine.
  3. So far in College I've only had one person tell me that they hated my shirt and then shouted they "F***ing hate ponies" as they walked away. But that's all so far, we will see what happens in my final year haha.
  4. A friend of mine showed me an episode back in November, Winter Wrap Up to be specific. Song got stuck in my head and kept playing over and over and over for several days. I couldn't stop thinking about the show. I knew what was happening, I knew I was innevitably heading down the path of becoming a "Brony" as my friend had called it. I fought against it and managed to delay long enough until Winter Break when I finally gave in and watched Episode 1. The rest is history I guess. By episode 2 I was hooked, and within a month I willingly called myself a Brony. Then I began to search for the Herd and found places like Equestria Daily, FiM-Fiction, etc. From there I ended up being T-shirts, a couple of the toys, and before I knew it I was attending Summer Bronycon 2012.
  5. Tank vanished from Rainbow Dash's home some time ago. Ponyville Police Department (PPD) believes that the Tortoise was kidnapped. According to investigators, it's possible that the culprit behind Tank's disappearance is the Alicorn depicted here: No but seriously, I'm sure that Tank will show up again at some point. Although it will probably be a brief couple of seconds at the most.
  6. Challenge denied! It's no good... I can't do it! Just thinking about the song is making me smile. I wouldn't last 10 seconds. Now it's stuck in my head even though I haven't listened to the song in awhile.
  7. Not enough options on the poll. My vote would be to let the show run it's course and whatever happens is what will happen. Sure a day may come when the show ends and the Herd falls apart into a fraction of the size it is now. But even if there are no more episodes the show, the world of Friendship is Magic, will never die. Not as long as there are those who remember it. And I know for a fact that there will be Bronies who will stand by the show even after it has ended. I know I will be one. My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic is the first form of entertainment that has actually had an effect on my life. Sure the dream of being a game designer came from... well... Video Games. But it wasn't video games that got me out of a bad place, that taught me how to be positive, and how to let go of a lot of negative emotions I had bottled up inside me for too long. No, it was MLP: FiM that made me a better person. So I won't be forgettng it anytime soon, if ever. Also, My Little Pony will never die. It's been around in various forms since the 80s. If it can survive 20+ years and come back multiple times in various forms, it's certainly not going to end if they decide to bring G4 to a close.
  8. Wait, wait, wait. Hold on a second. Why should I care about what a bunch of teenagers think about a show I like to watch let alone anything in this world? That entire series is pointless, teenagers are not fountains of wisdom we should flock to for anything. Now as for Haters... well it really depends. Some people have seen the show and legitamitely do not like it or say that it is not their cup of tea. Props to those people for giving it a shot at the very least. That's far better than the rest of the haters. As for the closed minded haters. I could go into a long speech about how they are too weak minded to see beyond what they've been told all their lives and crap like that. But I think it can be summed up into one line from Fallout Nuka Break. To the haters: "You are just too dumb to know any better."
  9. Always so much to do and yet there is so little time.

  10. Anybody ever heard of Lunar: The Silver Star or Lunar: Eternal Blue that were on the Sega CD? No? Okay.... how about Lunar: Silver Star Story or Lunar 2: Eternal Blue on the PS1/Sega Saturn? Hmm... okay I'll take that as a no. Anyway, Lunar was a series of 2D turn based rpgs that had great stories. There is still a hardcore following for this game that is awaiting Lunar 3 (which I honestly think will never happen). Anywho, here is some gameplay of Lunar: Silver Star Story on the PS1. Enjoy!
  11. Let's see, here is the list: - Pony Themed T-Shirts - I wear a black rubber wristband thing that says "Brony" on it. - Both my phone and computer have pony wallpapers on them. - I put together a mix of pony music made by my fellow Bronies and put it on a CD, it's now in my car and I blast it with the windows down whenever I have to go out and do some errands. - I make references tot he show on a regular basis on both facebook, various other sites, and of course in real life as well. - I talk about it all the time. I think that covers it. XD
  12. I certainly meet new people all the time. However, I only occasionally become friends with them. I prefer quality over quantity when it comes to my friends. Two or three true friends is better than twenty or thirty fake friends.
  13. Yeah for something as powerful as Chrysalis she got defeated a little too easily. Albeit, her own overconfidence was the reason for her downfall. However, I imagine she's learned alot from her defeat and will return as a more formidable enemy. Discord... well there really isn't much you can do against an immortal spirit who exists soley for the purpose of spreading chaos all over the world (aside from sealing it away again) so I was okay with that.
  14. I had only been a Brony for about a month by the time I decided to tell my folks. Given I had purchased some of the toys, it was only going to be a matter of time before they saw them lying around on my desk or they'd see the background on my computer which would be a give away. So at dinner the night before I went back to College I told my folks about My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic. They were surprised but they were cool with it. My sister was dumb founded when she found out, she just couldn't believe the concept of men liking My Little Pony. XD
  15. The issue is that the concept of Love and Tolerance is easy to apply to one's life in theory. But it is something that takes practice and time. I agree that there are people who are hypocrites when it comes to claiming that they live by the concept of Love and Tolerance. They say "Love and Tolerance", but when someone says "Ponyz Sux0rz LOL" that message then changes to "OMG *Expletive* *Expletive* DIE IN A FIRE!!!!!!!!!!" As I said earlier, living by the concept of Love and Tolerance is doable. But it is certainly not easy and takes time to master.
  16. Oh yeah that is certainly true. But I feel bad for ponies like Cheerilee, i'm assuming she has to hold the chalk in her mouth. I'm sure that doesn't have a very pleasent taste lol.
  17. I struggle to understand cloppers but they mostly do their own thing so they don't bother me much. It goes without saying that every fandom has it's dark side, and the Herd is no different in that regard. I'm not too crazy about the torture porn (AKA Cupcakes) or any other desecration of the show, but that stuff is easily ignorible and tolerable. The only part I dislike are those who claim to follow Love and Tolerance yet make no attempt to apply it to their lives or on the internet. It's not as easy as it looks I know, but it's certainly doable. And worth it. Even if there are no bronies around you in your daily life there is benefit to being a good person which is what the philosophy of Love and Tolderance basically is.
  18. I'd be a Unicorn, mostly because there are just some things that are a tad difficult to do with hooves, like holding on to objects and what not. Magic would come in handy.
  19. I put this image together for my facebook profile about 6 months ago. It's a somewhat decent picture of me so here I am.
  20. Life is a mixed bag. It has it's occasional moments where it's great. Memorable moments that will remain with you for the rest of your life, moments you wish you could live in forever. But then there is the other side of the coin where everything is a steaming pile of crap, which unfortunately is more often the case than the good. But just as there is bad stuff in this world there is also good. One thing I've come to realize is that life is a precious thing in all forms. It may have it's down and unpleasent sides, it may be corrupted at times but there is a balance. Without the bad life couldn't possibly exist in this realm, the same goes for the good as well. Even if the good aspect is very small, it's still there somewhere.
  21. I've been to Otakon twice several years back. My most recent convention was Bronycon which was awesome by the way. I'd love to go to San Diego Comic Con but I hear tickets sell out fast. Really fast. Like within 5 minutes fast supposedly. Once I graduate from college in a year and have a place to call my own I will probably have an easier time getting to other Brony Conventions.
  22. Banned because it's not the 1000th page yet.
  23. There were people I didn't like over the course of my younger years in Middle School and High School, but I never had a nemesis until last year. Met this one girl with whom at first things were going great with, became friends pretty quickly and in a different time and place it might have eventually gone beyond that. Long story short, I saw her true colors, saw her for what she really was, and it all went to hell from there.
  24. So let me get this straight. Twilight Sparkle will appear out of nowhere and kiss me in this hypothetical situation. You know, I think my reaction would be something a little like this. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qnlOPIlYAuo
  25. Banned because the Muffins told me to ban you.
