You can get Happy Meal toys at Wal Mart?  Years ago you could only get the toys in the meals.  You had to buy the meal.  This is interesting.

Grr.  I've done that several times.  It doesn't help that the awesome Mcdonald's is in a Walmart.

I'm glad you don't have to get the meals.  Being a vegetarian, I can't eat anything at Mcdonald's.

That is reassuring.  I don't usually go to MacD and have no idea how these things work.  I must admit it is kind of fun.  I also found out today that you don't have to order the happy meals to get the toys- you can buy the toys.  Wish I had known before I brought home 3 burgers and 2 McNuggets so I could have 5 of them!  (I got 2 Celestia)

Yeah.  I think it's $1.50, though I've gotten them for $1.00 at some Walmarts.

Hey, me too! Just the other day I went to Walmart to pick up a plush since they were on sale. 10 inch plush for $10!!!!!!!!

 

I picked up Cheerilee and also stopped by the in store McDonalds and got the Rainbow Power Pinkie Pie figure .  

I was just excited to find Derpy.  

I'm not sure what is going on with MacDonalds but I went to two different ones.  One had numbers 1 and 2 and the other had 3 and 4.  So I got Twilight Sparkle, Pinkie Pie, Fluttershy and Princess Celestia.  I don't know why they are all mixing them up.  Does anyone here know a pattern?  Will they all get them all at some point?

They'll all get them all eventually.  A McDonald's near me gets them all in at once.  If I can't find certain ones I'll just go there.

More spaghetti mane plushies!  Walmart got two big cases of them in!  I got a Derpy and a mini Vinyl.

I've never read the books. I saw the movie the other day, and I enjoyed it a lot more than I thought it would.

 

It was a good movie, but it did have its flaws. What movie doesn't though?

 

Anyways, this movie gave off a strong hunger games vibe to me. The whole story about the strong girl fighting against an evil government, and some romance thrown in there. Still, the movie had an interesting enough story none the less.

 

With movies like this and the Hunger Games, I'm always more interested about the world/lore than I am about the actual characters themselves. Assuming this movie is post-ww3, how is Chicago still standing? I'm assuming Nukes went off. You'd think Chicago would be one of the first places to go. What about the rest of the world? Other countries? I'd assume all American cities that survived use the whole 5 faction system. A friend of mine who read the books told me that the US government set it up before the war.

 

Anyways, I don't get why they made the whole 5 faction system. A person shouldn't just be brave, kind, or whatever.

Finally, I hear this movie has made a lot of money so far. I hope that means we'll get a Sequel. The Hunger Games only has 2 movies left then it's over. This series seems like it can fill the void that I'll have to fill once the Hunger Games is over.

The other two books are planned to be made into movies as well.  

Got these at McDonalds today.I simply walked up to the counter asked what ponies they had, and the girl at the counter said "We have a pink one and a purple one" and I said I'll take them.

 

These are number 1 and number 2 in the series....next being released are Fluttershy and Celestia.

 

 The McDonald's I went to had #1 and #3.  I grabbed Fluttershy(#3).  I decided I would get the rest eventually.

It's my birthday tomorrow and I had my party today.  I got a Derpy Robe, Funko Pop Fluttershy and Pinkie Pie figures, and Funko Trixie, Twilight, and Pinkie figures.  I also went to Toys R Us and got a NIghtmare Moon bag and I got a Derpy cell phone plug at Hot Topic on clearance.

This is the very first MLP related merchandise I'm getting!

I bought it and it should be here soon!

Favorite shirt ever!  I have this.  I managed to get it in the store because someone returned it.

my girlfriend and I both went to the build a bear and made some ponies! I of course choose Twilight sparkle while she choose Fluttershy! oh the super cuteness!

 

oh and btw, I hear that Tomorrow, Rarity will be coming out in the Build a bear! YAY!

Rarity doesn't come until closer to April as far as I know.  I'm very excited.  She's being joined by Sweetie Belle and Scootaloo.

I'm a huge fan of the books!  I met Veronica last October in Chicago.  I went and saw the movie twice this weekend!  It was really good.  They seemed to leave out a couple initiates, but nothing that really stood out.

All of mine are out of their box as well.  Except my translucent Derpy, simply because I keep forgetting I have her.

They are so good! I want the Fluttershy one. I might ask my mum to make me one, it won't be as good as yours though!

Wow! That's really great! Design and everything yours? Even if not that's still a really great job and you obviously have a special talent.

The design is mine.    I found a similar pattern and made some edits to it so it would fit my needs.  For the cutie marks, I do have to find other patterns.

I like the Derpy one.   I'd LOVE a Twilight one, if possible.
