Psych Ward nodded slowly, a small smile growing on her face. "I'm hoping this year won't be as stressful though," she added. "Maybe a little less hiding in my room would be good." She was constantly messing with her sweater sleeves as she spoke, a horrible habit she had that caused the sleeves to become worn in just a few days.
-
Psych Ward nodded eagerly. "It's like an escape, you know," she said. "From all the ups and downs in life." She suddenly frowned. She was certain no pony wanted her hear her philosophies that made no sense even to her sometimes. She kept her mouth shut after the second sentence.
-
Psych Ward's eyes lit up. "It's really neat," she said, her voice much brighter and energetic than before. "It's about this father and his filly who can read things in and out of books." She marked her page and shut the book, a quick little movement she didn't find herself doing often.
-
Psych Ward looked up from her book quickly, a bit startled. Her eyes were wide as she said, "Oh, um, I don't know," she fumbled. She quickly turned to the title page of the book. She hadn't bothered with the title of the book, liking the description well enough to stack it on her back. "It's called Inkheart," she said before turning back to the page she was on. She didn't look back down at the words though.

Not sure about Black Shard, but Thunder Knight said she might be gone for a few days. We should see another post in a day or two.
-
Psych nodded slowly. "It's pretty," she said. "A nice instrument." She silently pulled one of her book onto the table, opening it up to the first page. Hoping it didn't appear rude, she began to read paragraphs between discussions or replies. She was quiet about it, making sure not to attract attention.

My parents buy albums and I have my iPod for on the go needs. That being said, we'll listen to an entire album when it first comes out, and on select nights we'll listen to a few CD's out by the fire. If I really like a CD I'll listen to the whole thing, but sometimes I'm only in the mood for a song or two.

@@thor9356,@,
Psych Ward nodded. She had known a young pony obsessed with electronics when she was younger. "Music is always fun," she said to Pelate. "How long have you played?" Her hooves itched to leave the library, the mass amount of conversation making her antsy. She didn't let it show though.
-
"Oh, um," Psych frowned. She hadn't thought that far ahead yet. "Creative Writing," she said after a few moments of thought. That sounded good. And accurate too. It was a good way to explain the mass amounts of fantasy novels she would read this semester. "I'm taking a few art classes as well."
-
Psych Ward frowned. Her high school experience hadn't been the dandiest. She fiddled with her sweater sleeves, already tempted to open a book. "It already seems like a better start," she spoke up. "If today's anything to base off of, I think it might be a good year."
Crescendo finished unpacking and decided to roam a bit, hoping her piano would show up later. Her delicate wings her itching to press the keys. Her flute was there, safe and sound, but she needed a good tree to sit under for that. The black case with blue music notes on it was flung over her shoulder.

"I think I'll have them done by the end of the week," Psych smiled, glad to not having a repeated look the librarian had given her. "Maybe next week if the homework's bad." She thought about Pelate's second question for a few moments. "I guess it's not too bad. We haven't met any of the teachers so it'll be hard to judge until then."
-
Psych Ward checked out the large stack of books. The librarian looked at her in a way that made the gray mare feel uncomfortable, which happened very often.
Deciding she liked the quiet of the library, she took a seat across from Back Track, stacking her books on the floor next to her.
-
Psych's eyes grew wide as they entered the large room, glee lighting them up. She smiled at the two stallions widely before quickly beginning to walk to the fiction section. Books surrounded her and suddenly her mind was clear. Within minutes she had a small stack of novels on her back.

@,@@thor9356,
Psych Ward walked with her head down, feeling a bit comfortable now. Too many ponies were never fun. Maybe she could handle two. Just maybe. Everything will be easier in the library, she told herself. Just wait until those books surround you. Too many to count.
-
"That makes sense," Psych nodded. "I'm Psych Ward." She walked beside him slowly.
At the sound of another pony's voice, Psych Ward turned her head. She glanced at Back Track before nodding shyly. If this school was going to surround her with ponies, she might have to rethink her plan just a bit.
-
Psych Ward nodded eagerly. "Yeah," she said. "I-I'm just not sure where it was." She frowned, noticing this pony didn't seem to sociable, something she only knew too well from personal experience. She told herself to calm down a bit, not wanting to scare the stallion off.
-
Agreed. I've had very few posts involving character interacting and I very much appreciate you connecting with my character.
-
Psych frowned, picking herself up and untangling her overly large sweater sleeves. "I-it's okay," Psych muttered, looking up slowly. She glanced at the books, smiling softly. "Were you heading to the library?" she asked hopefully. She didn't trust herself to find it alone.

Those two definitely get played. They opened with I Am Hell and everyone loves to sing along to Darkness Within. Darkness Within got radio play earlier this year.
That is freaking fantastic.
What theyu played on Mayhem dates was up in the air but I saw them two days before in an off-date show and they played Halo, Imperium, Beautiful Mourning, Darkness Within, Unto the Locust, ,Darkness Within, Aesthetics of Hate, and Bulldozer. THey were supposed to play Dividian but there were some difficulties with the acoustic guitar during Darkness Within.

The first one is SOOOOO cute! The other one looks really good too! You have some real talent and your shading looks really good and natural.

I agree, it does look better. There's also an Alicorn Twilight in with the twilight EQ Girls doll now that almost justified me buying a second one. It looks very good too...
I would probably buy them and sell the doll if they had molded tails as well. They needed to do either on or the other. The figure looks tacky with both.

I have heard Unto the Locust. I own the special edition that came with Metal Hammer magazine. And I saw Machine Head during their previous headlining tour last winter. They played Unto the Locust alright. And that was the problem. They played the whole damn album. Not much else from their fantastic catalog got played. And while Locust is a very good album, it's not my favorite and I'd be more eager to hear the rarities.
Ah. I don't think I could Imagine seeing Machine Head if they didn't play at least one or two songs off of it like Darkness Within or I am Hell.

After awhile Psych circled back to her dorm so she could unpack. She was delighted to find it empty. She unpacked her multitude of books and knitting supplies, along with her large wooden pill box. She quickly grabbed her papers and headed to the library.

I sent Ampharos a message a few days ago about coDming when they couldn't get on. We can allow that one person to join since a mare just dropped.
