  1. The worst I've seen was some 12 year old kid that called me brony [racism 1] at least 300 times and was his only insult, spamming that word endlessly. So pathetic, especially since he kept finding ways to come back after he was banned.

  2. Well, last Saturday I went to a meetup to watch the season 3 premier. After a few hours, someone suggested a Toys R Us pony raid which I had at first said I'd pass on and just go home but then after persuasion I caved in and went along... I felt pretty weird being in the pink isle with about 7 guys and 2 girls crowding the place, and At least 3 moms and their daughters had pulled up to the isle and then backed away with puzzled looks on their faces upon seeing a bunch of people that look like they should be at some drinking party at that hour. One employee that was hanging some signs asked if all of us were there for MLPs and just sort of laughed, I think he thought we were just clowining around, and then there was some random guy with an afro video taping us. I also saw the other guys looking so natural while shopping, and I looked pretty tense and probably stuck out because of it so I decided to just relax and blend in with them, and after that I felt pretty good despite being in an abnormal setting, in fact the freedom from the embarrasment felt sort of liberating in a way. I ended up not buying anything because I had no money, but a friend gave the Scootaloo from the CMC set he bought :) we made the cashier's day, her laughter was priceless. I'm glad I went along, it was very liberating. Now, if it was me alone, it may be a different story...

  3. Aside from obvious answers like the show getting cancelled or media slander, one of mine is that one day some random soccer mom finds out about us, instantly freaks out and assumes we're all pedophiles without doing anymore research on the subject (as is typical soccer mom behavior) and starts actively campaigning against us with heavy mindless rallies. Don't underestimate them, these bitches can truly have power in numbers regardless of how utterly stupid they can and tend to be.

Also, I guess another fear would be getting assaulted one day just for being a brony, I've heard of this type of crap going down.

  4. If Fluttershy kissed me I'd probably be stunned and just as shy as her. I'd probably talk a bit with her and then kiss her back eventually and cuddle, probably no clopfic stuff though if she doesn't want it, hehe ;) I'd do all that because I'd obviously be in a lucid dream where that sort of stuff can happen, and I'd be a pony too. IRL it would probably happen if I were drugged out in a horse barn and It'd be a real horse, and that's a no-no

  5. A quick update: I was extremely closed about it before, but after the past few weeks I've been more open, open as in I don't try to hide my phone screen in public, I would not hesitate to wear shirts in school and I now talk to other bronies about it without without trying to be quieter in public. I even got dragged into a pony raid this weekend so I guess that's pretty open xD

  6. For 1, this practicaly happened to the d&d fandom up to the point that the first result you get when you search 'is it okay?' is a rant against it and it seems that it's fans are still dying. But unlike them, we are practicaly web-based and if need be can google bomb the results so that pro-brony articals can come first...

I just checked and it seems to be nothing but extremist religious people worried that it promotes satanism or some shit like that... we've suffered our share of that garbage at least twice now and it didn't put a dent in our fandom. :D
  7. Indeed good points. We may even have comic continuations as well. My only fears are:

1- some soccer mom freaks the fuck out about finding out that grown men love MLP, immediately assumes we're all pedophiles and that Hasbro is supporting pedophilia, and effectively does something crazy like endless antibrony campaigns that destroy Hasbro's reputation that will end the show and make our public image very well known to the public and under a foul light. (I know it's a ridiculous thought, but those soccer mom bitches truly can have power in numbers, remember Derpy? These bitches once they latch on to something to complain about because it's somehow "a danger to the children/offensive" spread like cancer, have the effect of cancer and usually kill whatever they latch on to. They are the, no, ONE OF the true cancers of society)

2- the show ends and then a few years along the line society gets into our heads making us believe we were stupid for liking it, effectively making MlP become like Disco did after it died where people think "hey remember when we liked MLP? I can't believe we were that stupid man"

These are Ridiculous fears, but still...

  8. Sweet Apple Massacre makes Cupcakes look like Care Bears. I couldn't stomach it while I took Cupcakes without much issues. I think Final Dreams of a Filly is pretty emotionaly scarring. SPOILER- basically, in it Scootaloo dies because while she slept a window openned up abd let freezing air into her room which killed her overnight. IIRC She had a choice of either the whole thing having just been a neardeath experience and living again, or going on to the afterlife and be ignorant of her death, but that leaves her actually dead... She essentially trapped herself in a Lotus Eater Machine (that's tv tropes language) which is more depressing than it seems. It's been a while since I read that one though so I may have forgotten a few details.

  9. I do not dream anymore. Maybe it's because I don't sleep as many hours as I used to because whenever I do I remember my dreams, otherwise I don't remember and I might as well be dead. I do believe I have had at least 2 instances of sleep paralyzis. I remember waking up from a dream that may or may not have been lucid, and not being able to move at all or even breathe deeply, just small involuntary breaths. I was freaking out thinking that I had become a vegetable because of some freak accident overnight. But then I slowly started to regain control of my body, the first time was bad but the second time I didn't freak out as badly. I'm curious to look into this lucid dreaming, I'd love to go through Equestria lol.

  10. What's wrong with wanting both? I see no problem wanting the best of both words in this situation? If I want to buy a 4x4 and put pony bumper stickers on it that's my right.

Nothing wrong with it. I just hate when people use it as a put down because it's not what the average guy would want, and how it seems that even if you want both, the pony cancels the other two out and makes you a faggot somehow. Nothing wrong with the truck or the girl. Or the pony.

  11. I dunno, she doesn't seem like an antibrony...more like a really shallow person. If she didn't wanna see it then fine, you probably should have dropped it then, but man, "normal 18 year old guys want trucks and girls not ponies" comments like that really piss me off and make the person that says it seem really shallow. Meh, the text makes it sound like the 2 of you were never really good friends anyways since you had both contemplated removing each other before, but I don't know the full story. Look on the bright side, one less bitch to have to deal with, less drama and all. This goes beyond ponies.

  12. Kid Icarus Uprising and Kingdom Hearts DDD. Both great games. Other than that, Nothing special, just ROMs and hacks of older games. Gaming nowadays just doesn't appeal to me the same way it used to. To the point that unless it's a familiar series like Zelda or Metroid, I don't care to check it out too much... tis quite sad for me :( and worrying.

  13. Around friends I act like myself, rather chilled and in the background, not usually gonna be the first person to talk, but still making my presense known. Usually the nicest person in the group.

Around classmates I don't know, I try to avoid contact with them. I just have a low opinion on most people at first glance because of how jaded I am, and if I ever talk to answer, people usually think "holy shit he talked!" pisses me off so much.

Around strangers, generic small talk. I never begin though.

  14. No offense, but maybe your pony fetishes and stuff like that should be kept to yourself. US is already a culture where sex talk is taboo, and when you tell others things like that then they aren't going to take it too well, even a lot of bronies tend to hate cloppers so just imagine. I don't really care, but many others do take it upon themselves to care and react harshly towards that.
