  1. I feel the same way. About summer, that is. Even during the school year the days tend to run together. The only reason I keep them straight is that we have A and B days. That and dance, I suppose.

I have had no similar experiences to the one described here. Sure I love my Grandpa, but both he and I are usually very silent men. Him especially.

My first time shooting a rifle was with my dad and older brother at my grandparent's farm. My dad didn't even realize it was my first time, though my brother did. I was shooting an SKS from prone position, the gun rested on a thin log. It had a scope, but the gun kept jamming, as SKSs usually do.

This story has made me realize that I am not extremely close to anyone. While I am closest to my mother, even she doesn't know some of my stanger, darker sides.

And so again, I must thank you David, for making me think and and making me realize the joy in the small things in life.

  2. Two things I noticed first:

    1) Your computer got really skinny, and

    2) Your BACK IS STRAIGHT!

Guess what? I'm gonna be taking tests on Valentine's Day! Yay me! Then I have dance for an hour and a half. Then I get to do homework. And my mom as a date. With Lori. Nada por me.

  3. Well, I singal for all turns and lane changes, but rarely for pulling away from the curb. My average speed is 3-4mph faster than the speed limit, but more like 5-8mph over when I'm in a hurry. I am almost always just driving with my right hand, but every once in a while just my left thumb at the bottom of the steering wheel. And sometimes my left knee, when I'm doin' somethin'. Like eating. I stay dead center of the lane and check my mirrors often. My following distance depends on the speed, and if the person is going the speed limit. If they aren't, I'm right behind them.

So, yeah. Not the best, but I've seen a lot worse.

  4. The get free gems button is here. OMG. This is the first time I've seen it.

Strange. It just dissapeared when I went to take a picture of it. How typical. Is this normal? 'Cause I used it twice. Does it dissapear when you can't use it anymore?

    It's back

  5. Nice. Better than I can do.

BTW, I was very worried when I saw this thread; I didn't know what to expect...I was like lolwat? I'm glad it was just a normal pony...

  6. Hmmm... Well normally I don't follow celebrities very much, I probably can't even name more than ten of them.  But if I had to pick a celebrity...

    img-1158367-1-rainbow_dash_by_glaive_silver-d4hjup9.png

    You would.

As for me, I'm a freak in many aspects, this included. As in I don't have any celebrity crushes.

I know, shun the weirdo, I'm used to it.

  7. While to me it doesn't sound like I have an accent, everyone does, as previously stated. I am from Northwestern America; Northern Idaho to be more exact. I have found that most people here seem to speak Standard American English, contrary to popular belief.

As far as I know, I have no speech impediment, except for the occasional mess-up of a word (which happens to all of us).

While I usually stay on track in conversations, with some friends we can look back on a conversation wondering how we got from point A to point B. Half the time we can't figure it out.

  8. I have never thought about this. What if you forget who you are? Would you learn everything about your past self and act just like you were, or would you forget that and create something new, something you have always wanted to be?

And how would your mind be affected? If we are a product of nature and nurture, and you forget the nurture, what does that leave you with?

Oh, the questions you create with your amazing work...

  9. I'm a guy and I don't have facial hair... it bothers me because people assume I'm younger than what I am, they're like: "Oh, you're 15" or something and I'm just like "No, I'm 18 and almost 19" -.- but my dad tells me that when I grow hair I'll be wishing to be back to not having facial hair. But honestly right now I don't really care that much.

Yeah, it can be a little annoying.

I'm seventeen and because of my facial hair I've gotten up to twenty-seven for my age. That can get a little old though...

  10. Just like the title says. What is your opinion on facial hair?

    If you are a guy,

Do you have facial hair? If so, what kind and why do you? If not, why not?

    If you are a girl,

What do you think about guys with facial hair? Which way do you prefer males, clean-shaven or hairy?

(These are just some ideas to get you going. Feel free to express your opinion on the topic.)

I personally have facial hair. Have had a full beard for almost four years now.

I usually keep it about 1/2 an inch to 3/4 an inch long, but I haven't trimmed it back down since No-Shave-November, so it's quite a bit longer now.

Mein Gott, taking this picture showed me how much I need to trim that thing. I might do that tomorrow.

  11. Wouldn't getting that into your basement require a complete demolition of your room? I am just trying to get rights to make a print, if they allow prints that's their decision, I may not even be allowed :/

Nahhh, we'll just take it through my brother's room.

And I as well, am crossing my fingers that Hasbro allows this. They are usually pretty good about original art, but with the whole Youtube thing, I don't know.

  12. Thanks :D I actually am in process of contacting hasbro about allowing me to make a single print of this :) *Fingers Crossed*

    Glad you like it :3

Single print, Josué? Depending on the price, I just might want one too. That is, if that's okay...with you...

Though I would have to make room for it. Hmm...you wanna help me "redecorate" my room?

  13. Wow :/ But I think opening in a new tab isn't a full sized image.. and yeah, I told you it was freaking big! Biggest one i've made by a long shot

Yeah, it's only 3600 x 3600 in the tab. Not quite enough to be fifty inches. More like thirty-eight.

Yeah, if you do get this as a print, I just might want a copy...

  14. I have been waiting for this pic to load for the past HALF AN HOUR

Seriously, dude, how freakin' big is that file?

AAANNNDDD...I'm stupid. Open in new tab: fifteen seconds.

I also might have to steal this thing for a background, but where to put it?

  15. As a dancer, doing solos, I prefer hip-hop/some break dancing.

Though I am in jazz, my instructor thinks that she can do whatever style she wants, so we do.

I really liked doing Bollywood and African, as well as classic broadway-style jazz.

  16. Guys, did someone update your iOS device to 6.1? Because i received a notification to update my iPad, but if I do it i'm afraid to lose all my progress in MLP game.

Did you update you device and you game remains fine?

    Thanks!

I updated, even though I had the same worry, but nothing is affected. Went right in after updating and everything was the same.

    EDIT: lol, ninja'd

  17. Amazing.

The only thing that I can see is that you wouldn't be able to see the stars NW of the moon, as that part is still there, just not illuminated. Unless of course it was bending light, but I don't think the moon has that much mass...

  18. I am fine with crying. This is weird for most people that know me at school, as they see me as this untouchable mass of testosterone (the beard helps), when really I feel everything that they do. The only difference is that I usually suppress showing these emotions, as they usually just get in the way, particularly at school.

While I am fine with anyone crying/shiwing emotion, there is a point where it changes from showing emotion to just a constant onslaught of the feels. You should be able to suck it up (within good time), even if you need the support of others.

I used to never show emotion, until I found MLP, and found out that I don't care what others think of me. Not like that is likely to dramaticly change my future. Though I never really show any emotion anyway, unless it has nothing to do with me (books, movies, songs, etc.), then I can cry like a baby.
