    As most of you know I am from Calgary, Alberta. So our CHL team is the Hitmen. So every year they have a competition or "Draw" to see which school will get a chance to play the Hitmen at lunch in floor hockey. My brothers school won. He is looking forward to playing floor hockey.
     
     
    Now today in the gaming session we are talking about some Club Nintendo users aren't getting or losing their coins. Yesterday me and some of my friends noticed that when we entered in a club Nintendo code for a 60 dollar game we get 0 coins for registration. I also ordered the Donkey Kong posters yesterday and I lost no coins. Buggy servers Nintendo, get that fixed. Quick.

    The PS4 what we've been waiting for. But is it really that great? Find out today in SKULL REVIEWS!
     
    I do not own a PS4 I don't think I will for a few months, but I have been spending all day watching 24 hour livestreams for the PS4 launch and from what I've seen it struggles at the basics like opening a simple app like "Music Unlimited" or closing an application.
     
    The launch lineup isn't great, but how these games look is what shows me that there is a future for the system if it's out of this world game play or amazing graphics it's obvious that PS4 exclusives are gonna be the main reason to buy the system.
     
    I've seen footage comparing PS3 to PS4 games and I feel like there is no major step forward with these third party multi-platform games.
     
    I give the PS4 launch a 6/10
     
    I'm sorry if this feels a bit rushed. I'm really stressed.

    I just haven't been up to doing the blog and been forgetting about this website. School is back and this year I've already had a lot of homework so I might not post every day but my goal is to post at least 25 days in October.
     
     
    I had a certain scheduale to do things on my channel but screw that I'm gonna do what I want when I want.
     
    Posts will begin today or tomorrow with a review of Mario and Luigi: Dream Team

    Today we talk about the new Nintendo Direct. These are just my opinions and you don't have to agree with me.
     
    Basically Nintendo makes what we ask for. Nintendo is based around the fans opinion and that's what makes Nintendo my favourite game company.
     
    New Games Announced: Mario Party 3DS is gonna be kinda "meh" because Nintendo lost ideas for Mario Party since the GCN. Yoshi's Island 3 is gonna be cool, but I'm not too exited because I feel Nintendo didn't do well with the DS version because they made too many elements into a game that didn't need it and I can see that happening with this one. If this game gets good reviews I'll pick it up, if not I'll stick with the game on my GBA. A Link to the Past 2 is gonna be awesome. It keeps everything we love about the game but it changes it enough to keep it fresh. The 3D effect looks very nice while going up the floors of a tower, it's not too cheesy of an effect.
     
    I don't have much of an opinion on anything else. I feel the update is gonna be great and... EARTHBOUND IS GONNA BE AMAZING!

    I will not be posting on Fridays on the first and third Friday of the month. I am too busy on those dates to make any content. We will be seeing a video game month introduction as an extra tomorrow though.

    Sorry for the late upload.
     
    Welcome to the first real story writing update! I'm calling this the first REAL one because the other ones I just shared lines from the book that I lost the data of.
     
    Today I will talk about the different creatures people would use in story writing.
     
    We all know about the time where vampires and werewolf's dating would make an interesting story but I feel that we are starting to get out of that time. I feel that most new book are starting to be more about humans than monsters. Though I like to use humans more than any other creatures I think you should get out of that whole human part and make your own creature. The creature could be something like The Lorax. I find that to find your true spirit in writing you should drift away from what everyone else is doing and do what you want. I am not saying that you should not make books about humans, I love books about humans. What I'm trying to say is do what you feel comfortable with. I'm just giving the idea of spreading away. But do what you want. Make your own creature, talk about vampires, talk about wizards talk about what you want. But no matter what you do my advice of reaching out to do something that no one else is doing even if its the same basic idea you always need to add your own way of grabbing the readers attention.

    Namco Bandi has announced the 3DS title we heard about a few months ago named Project X zone will be coming to 3DS in North America in the summer.

    Today I don't have much time so this will be a really quick review.
     
    Ni No Kuni is a game about a young boy named Oliver who has recently lost his mother. He discovers a fairy. But this fairy is just plain odd. He uses the advice of his new companion and goes into another world to save his Mum.
     
    Graphics: 9.5/10
     
    Gameplay: 8/10
     
    Story: 8.5/10
     
    Music: 7.5/10
     
    Overall: 8.5/10
     
    Sorry for the quick review that was not as good as any of my others. I will be doing another more in depth review in video game month. Once again I am sorry it is so short. I am really busy.

    Welcome once again to Skull Reviews. Here is where I review some video games I think were amazing and some that I thought was terrible.
     
    Today I will be reviewing Nintendo Land for the Nintendo Wii U. This will be a two part review.
     
    Nintendo land overall is a party game. Not a Mario Party type one but still has the same aspects. Nintendo Land is split into 12 different "Attractions", 3 Team Attractions, 3 Competitive Attractions and 6 Solo Attractions. Today I will be reviewing the Team Attraction The Legend Of Zelda Battle Quest
     
    The Legend Of Zelda: Battle Quest: This game is like your standard Zelda game with a twist, the twist is that you have to collect 9 triforce and you can choose to be an archer (GamePad) or Swordsman (Wii Remote) As the archer you use the Gamepads motion controls to aim, the left analog stick to look around and the right analog stick to shoot. The Swordsman has very simple controls. Swing the Wii Remote to attack (hold up to charge like in Skyward Sword) and A or B to attack because I don't have good memory The Attractions music is very nice but there's nothing we haven't heard before though some sounded like they were recorded live from the Symphony of The Goddesses. The effects with the graphics are really nice. I like how when you take damage your clothes start to rip.

    I am so sorry about the lack of content. I've had fmaily with me for a while but now since its 2013 everyone is gone and I have more time on my hands.

    I am so sorry I haven't been posting daily like I said I would. It's just been really stressful in the holiday season I haven't really had time to talk to all of my friends on here. But now I'm back and I should be posting daily. Maybe nothing on Christmas though.

    I am so sorry about the lack of content. I would of uploaded something special on Monday but decided not to post it because the violence in it would not suit the time seeing that recent school shooting and all. I will never be uploading that video. My heart goes out to whoever lost anyone they loved in that shooting. We will remember you as the loving people you were.

    Okay, so here is how readers choice works. I pick a question and you answer it. It's that simple.
     
    Okay, so the question is what do you think about PlayStation All Stars? Do you think it's a rip of of smash bros or do you think it's great? And what sony characters would you like to see added to the game next?
     
    I feel that it is a good quality game though I don't exactly like how the game play feels and the controls. I think that more characters from uncharted should be in the game. None in particular though.

    So today...

    Yesterday my brother was having a sleep over party because him and all his friends finished their final Math AP test and he wasn't supposed to be home until 11:30...
     
    Anyways I was at home at about 10:00 and my mum left with my sister to take her to dance and I'm just thinking I have the house to myself... Then I start to hear sounds from upstairs of cupboards closing I stopped hearing it and thought it was just me imagining things. About 5 minutes later I hear it again and I start to get worried. I didn't want to confront the person in my house because I could of got killed. I then hear the flick sound of an opening pocket knife and I thought my life was over until I found out it was my brother with his pocket knife comb... He got home from the sleepover at like 7:00 and was I ever startled when he came in. I was ready to attack him.
     
    At least no one was in my house.
