I think they only did one short production run for Luna and Tia, and they were only Hot Topic exclusives and quickly sold out. There were delays due to a shipping strike too IIRC which may have made Funko simply move on to the next wave. Both Luna and Celestia are fairly sought after figures in the line due to the limited availability.

I did not know any of that, thanks for enlightening me. I guess I'll just have to keep an eye out for a cheaper than normal one. If I had been paying attention back when released, I'd be sitting here with two. Stupid depression... Ah well, looking forward to that Chrysalis one! 

Did you see this one? I think it's the right one. It's the cheapest I saw with posted shipping and good seller reviews.

Already saw those, very limited and honestly can't say I trust the listings much without a real pic. Too many people have reported getting the POP! versions.

The minimum I've seen them go for is $100 on eBay. Sometimes up to about $200. I would check there.

I also assume you aren't talking about her mystery mini figure but the full one that came out late 2014.

Am I missing something here with Sun Butt? Were there only like 400 made or something? Because I can buy basically any other pony for $20 or less, but Celestia is stupid amounts. Oh and yes, full size figure, not a mini.

I'm cleaning out my collection some since I've mostly moved on from the fandom, only keeping a select few items, and one I want is one I missed the release of. I want the Funko Celestia.

I have a couple other Funko figures, brushables, talking NMM with light up wings, a whole box of McDonald's Pinkie Pie and Cherrilee brushable keychains (never opened), a custom Trixie plush that I might be willing to part with... except it's worth more than Tia so idk

None of the stuff I have seems to go for as much as Sun Butt here, except for the talking NMM toy and Trixie plush. But eh, it's what I got.

I could have sworn Gameloft support told someone that it only works restoring to the same device, I remember thinking how stupid that was at the time.

 

Personally I haven't changed devices since they implemented the cloud saves.  When I last changed devices I used Helium to do the backup and restore between devices.

Yea, I guess I'll have to use Helium again. Was just hoping to do it easier this time.

They didn't seem to have an issue with it being two different devices though. They asked for the MAC address of both my old device and the new one, and then sent the save file no problem. Other then it not loading of course.

I've decided I don't use my tablet enough so I'm giving it to my grandma to replace her worn out Kindle Fire, but I want to keep my game progress of course. While the save backup feature Gameloft implemented isn't the greatest (it should just auto save to the cloud, and auto restore IMO when you log in with an account and just be synced across all devices), they at least have one now so I figured the transfer from my tablet to my phone wouldn't be too painful. WRONG!

I have had Gameloft send the save file to my phone now twice, and both times it will not work. The popup comes up saying they are "happy to send a backup save to restore progress" and I tap load, but then it just tosses up an error saying to try again. I've tried to restore it on the wifi at college, the wifi here at home, and my 4G.

Has anyone else ran into this issue and if so were you able to resolve it? Like I said, I've had them send it twice now. I've even cleared the cache and uninstalled/reinstalled the game. The error is still as far as I can get.

The background music from "The Show Stoppers". The one by William Anderson, "Cutie Mark Crusaders Go Crusading" or whatever it's official name is. I wish I could find a download for it, a clean download without any effects because it's just an adjusted rip from the show... 

I don't know the fastest I've gone. My speedometer only went to 85mph and that thing was topped out. Was just keeping up with traffic on the highway one day in my old, lifted, 4wd, 1991 Jeep Comanche I had, it had no problem maxing that speedo out. lol

Kind of funny, but it's my 2000 Ford Explorer. It's an XLT Sport. Just try and find that on Google. Mine is the only one in existence.

Sports were only 2 door models.

2 door models were not offered in XLT, only 4 doors.

Mine is a 4 door XLT with all options except leather seats and V8.

But it's also badged as a Sport, came with badges from the factory.

So it's a 2000 Ford Explorer XLT Sport, but since that doesn't exist I have to always just claim it as an XLT on insurance and stuff.

Sadly the Ohio winters have taken a toll on it, and the underside is pretty rusty. So it might be rare, but not for much longer. I'd give it 5 more years before it falls apart. Which is a shame since the interior is mint and it runs like a top, have never had any drive-train issues with it. Only thing that has been replaced on it is the alternator and normal maintenance stuff.

I have a bunch of other stuff, like a Nintendo Time Out Fireman Fireman game and stuff. The Exploder has to be the rarest though I guess.

Weirdness aside, I'm not much of a fan of Tirek, but that sculpt is awesome! Can't wait to see the Timberwolves though, and I do hope you have plans for a Chrysalis in your style.

I got it back when it came out and I am very impressed. Unlocked all characters and all but two challenges over the weekend that followed launch.

Played Brawl this week and honestly I find it too hard to play after experiencing the 3DS version, it feels dated, clunky, lacking characters, and honestly the graphics are worse than the 3DS I think.

And I completely agree with your other statements as well. Those same four ponies seem to dominate the market, in official merch or just fan made stuff. It does get old when you're a fan of someone else. I mean poor Applejack has been replaced in merch several times by frikkin background ponies or princesses. Include them if you must, but they are not allowed to replace a mane character.

OT: I don't really hate Derpy, I just don't find her this amazing character everyone else seems to go crazy over. 

I love that Trixie has received the spotlight in the comics finally. Though I'll have to wait to grab them since I'm falling behind in comics from lack of funds/time. Glad to hear they were good, also glad to see being used as more of an anti-hero than a protagonist.

@@Pat.Rio.T., just so you know not everyone is ignoring you or anything... I totally would, but I'm at college now and decided not to lug my huge gaming rig with me. That might change in the future, idk. I'm on the second floor of my dorm so not something I really want to lug honestly.

I have two rigs running 8.1 and two running 7. Most of my family is running 7. I find XP clunky to use anymore and if I come across it on a family member's PC, I upgrade them to 7 since I'm the tech guy who has to deal with it. Vista is fine, I never had any issues with it, and I think it is what it is... a stepping stone OS basically since it and 7 are very similar.

8.1 is my personal preference though now that I've gotten use to it. I very rarely see the modern UI stuff, and when I do it isn't even close to being as horrible as people make it out to be. You have to upgrade to 8.1 though, 8 is a little clunky on a desktop or laptop without a touch screen. 8.1 behaves like 7 for the most part if you don't have a touch screen. It also seems to run a bit faster/smoother IMO. If M$ OS's were not so expensive, all my rigs would be using it (unless of course the netbook couldn't handle it, it would remain 7 I guess).

I just scored the PSX version of Doom the other day, my collection is nearing completion.

I've used it on both my tablet and phone, but I hate doing so. I do not like the pure mobile version of the site, and even with the built-in stylus both my phone and tablet have, using the full site isn't much better. Many features are missing when you post I have found out, so I will normally only browse from a mobile device and switch to a computer if I need to reply.

From what I've read, there appears to be hope that the exclusive rights only apply to launch/holiday season.

Otherwise, this is a real BS move. I've followed Tomb Raider from the very beginning, always playing it on a PS until the recent reboot which I played on PC since I don't really console game anymore. I own every Nintendo, Sony, M$ console up to this generation. And so far I have not seen a point to buy any of the 3 current systems.

Whoever is making decisions for the divisions at M$ clearly has their head so far up you-know-where that they can't see anything but their own ideas and greed. W8 is failing, they did away with a traditional version of Office, Surface tablets are failing, Windows Phone is failing, the Zune sadly already came and went, and now the XB is failing. At this point, I'd be lying if I said anything other than "I hope M$ crashes and burns with all their recent failures lately and then pulling moves like this". I can understand exclusives, but those should only be for series that started out/were made for one system. They shouldn't be able to bribe companies to make a game that is meant for all an exclusive in hopes of boosting their console sales.

With the prices of consoles anymore, not to mention how very similar they are now, Sony and M$ would be wise to just combine forces and make one ultimate console honestly. I'm sorry, but in order to buy both consoles you could build a pretty nice PC, more powerful than them both, instead

This topic is just running in circles. Your counterargument can't just keep being "I disagree, they are different" and not provide proof.

If you truly believe they are different, then you need to find screenshots from the show where each pony is roughly the same distance from the camera but more importantly their wings are in the exact same position. The vectors above don't even hold up because clearly they are based on times when their wings are in different positions of their flap rotation (but even based on them they look the same size).

My opinion on the matter, and since I've done animating of this nature before, is that they are the same. The ponies themselves are just recolored copies of each other, frames get reused all the time for each pony no matter who it was originally drawn for (look at the dance scene where Rarity has wings for A frame), so it is extremely unlikely that they make up different wings for every pegasi instead of just copy/paste/recolor. The exceptions being Scootaloo and Bulk since they are meant to have smaller wings than others.

I seriously can't even fathom this news. It is a sad day indeed. One of the greats, and one of my favorites that I always knew I'd feel great sorrow on his passing. Didn't think that'd be for a very long time though.

Off to start a Robin Williams marathon, starting with Patch Adams. Most people don't seem to care for that movie for some reason, I on the other hand very much enjoy it, and Patch is the doctor I need right now since Robin's passing is something that's hitting me pretty hard. I don't think there is a single performance of his I've seen, that I didn't enjoy.

I am deeply saddened by this news and he will be very sorely missed.
