  1. I totally did not forgot today was the 4th anni of MLP. <3. Only been a fan of the show for three of those years, and it's so amazing on how time has went by, and how the show, let alone the fandom is still standing. It's absolutely incredible. I do hope the show continues to air, as well as the fandom as well. I've met some of the most amazing people due to ponies. I hope to continue doing so soon. :)

  2. I used to prefer dubbed anime, probably because I watched Pokemon, Sailor Moon and Cardcaptors when I was growing up...but when I started watching the final Sailor Moon season in Japanese, I realized that I actually prefer subbed than dubbed. Subbed anime actually gives you that "original" feel, and the voices don't feel all too altered, and they're less annoying. I tried watching Sword Art Online dubbed in English, it gave me an opposite feeling towards the show itself than when I watched it in subbed. It actually depends on how it's dubbed.

  3. I usually turn on the safety feature that blocks comments in every video I view. But I somehow have to turn it off when I want to view a video that's "flagged" or a 16+ video. Yeah, comments on YT have gotten worse, and I don't think it's Google+ that has to do with the whole thing. It's the community itself that's flawed and has been that way for as long as I can remember.

  4. omg this would be lovely! I don't even know any bronies nearby, other than one person but he's kinda out of the fandom D: If there was some sort of a club that's more than a meetup, where it'd be open every day or weekend so that way we can meet different bronies from different places, it'd instantly be my favorite place to hang.

  5. I have my Twilight Sparkle accessory set that I bought last year at Hot Topic, and I'm not quite sure what I want to be this year. Since I'm actually doing something with friends this year I'm thinking of dressing up as Princess Cadance, Elsa from Frozen or Fionna from Adventure Time. I still need to do some research~

  6. oh gawd. my niece when she was younger used to watch that show ALL THE TIME. It was literally the most annoying cartoon out there. I survived 4 years with that damn show in my head. Like, I get that it "teaches" you proper manners, but if "whining till you get what you want" is proper manners then that show is just.... >_______<

  7. It depends on what kind of artist you are, really. I personally think Photoshop is the best. I can't state my opinion for Paint Tool SAI since I never really used it, but the majority of the artists i know actually use it and it's a really good program in terms of drawing. Really, up to you though!~

  8. I'm pretty much the only brony around this town that buys MLP:CCG cards. I currently have the Rarity/Celestia pack and I reeeeeeally want the DJ/Maud Pie set. It looks so cool. I have nooo idea how many booster packs I bought in the past few weeks. Probably hard to count.

It's hard to actually find someone to play around here, so I remain as a collector. :)

  9. I love Anberlin's New Surrender album. I find myself coming back to the album, and I'm sad that the band is breaking up soon. I'm so glad that I still have that album as a keepsake, and I'll treasure it.

  10. I've always said "UGH I CANNOT STAND MY PARENTS. AAAAGH." But you know what? If it wasn't for them, I wouldn't have the job, the education, and the care I needed. I thank them for all they've done for me so far, and right now, I'm rewarding them. Sure there will be days that I'll be completely irritated by them sometimes, but in the future when you are on your own in your life, you will be calling them every day...telling them that you love them so much and you will be keeping in touch. Because there will be one day that they'll be gone, and you'll be on your own. Take this as an opportunity to give your parents a hug, and thank them for all they've done for you. Your children will be doing the same to you in the future.

  11. Working under pressure is one of my strengths in terms of schoolwork and the workplace. It drives me and I always feel the adrenaline rush inside my body. It's a great feeling. When I'm under pressure, I feel more focused, and if anyone tries to disrupt my work, I'll get frustrated. Like @Lost mentioned, it has its good terms, but it does bring you bad habits.

Like today, I was the only cashier at the front-ends at work, and I didn't have any backup and the manager was busy training new employees. Had to speed up twice as normal and that caused me to go under pressure. I'll admit it was the rush I was looking for. :3

  12. My local Hot Topic store stopped selling MLP merch a long time ago. Sad world I live in right now. \o/

I usually jump into Claire's, they have a lot of MLP merch (like phone cases, jewelry, etc) but it is SO EXPENSIVE. There's also Target and Walmart where they have the latest in MLP figurines, and they sell cards too, if you're a card collector. In terms of T-Shirts, WeLoveFine is an awesome website to get pony shirts from.

  13. Since when there was an age limit to attend a convention? I've seen older people cosplaying at SDCC when I went there a few months ago.

Don't let that rub you the wrong way. if you want to keep going to cons, go for it. Don't let anything stop you.
