Appearance: Being a cockatrice-turned-alicorn, Corncob appears to be an overgrown cockatrice with a long horn protruding from his head. His head is orange, his comb, body (scales), and wings are purple, his beak and feet are yellow, and his eyes change color depending on what he had for breakfast.

Personality: Though he's generally invulnerable and capable of ridiculous things, Corncob's terrified of the color yellow. He's also been known to flee from his two remarkably strong wives Lyra and Bon Bon who are frequently angry at him. He's interested in the card game Yu-Gi-Oh!, snacks, pointless shows of superiority towards vengeful squirrels, and casual trips through time and into other universes. He's easily upset and overreacts if you call him a "chicken," but, for the most part, he's an all right chicken lizard unicorn-thing.

Backstory: Corncob was originally a cockatrice who was inexplicably transformed into an alicornatrice during an especially heated game of Checkers with his archenemy Tony (a squirrel with a mechanical paw). Afterwards, Corncob gained or developed a number of special abilities: Telepathy (which he learned through a correspondence course), the Sonic Cluck (which he used to vaporize Starswirl the Bearded), time travel (performed by running backwards while holding a clock), space travel, and so many others that he often forgets what he can actually do. He later defeated Tony in an epic bout of tug o' war on the moon, married both Bon Bon and Lyra, realized his crippling fear of the color yellow (because Fluttershy reasons), and petrified M.A. Larson.
