Appearance: He is chestnut colored Pegasus with what one would presume average build. His midnight purple mane is often well combed and cut short with his tail in similar condition as he actively tries to keep himself presentable. His wings are slightly larger and significantly more muscular than the average pegasus and are always kept in good condition. In flight his is slower than the average pegasus though due to his training he is much more agile than the ordinary pegasi.

Cutie Mark: His cutie mark is of a dove with a red ribbon clutched within its talons. It signifies his commitment to healing others.

Personality: The first impression one might get from Cura Breeze is that of being somewhat up-tight and unfriendly. Though that is far from the case, for if one get to know him pass his professional exterior they will find that he is one of the most courteous and kindest ponies one will ever met. If they delve deeper they will find he is a strong supporter of the fine arts, with a book of some sort always found within his saddlebags. Cura Breeze also has a prevalent love of the outdoors and will spend as much time outside in it as he can by hiking and other various activities. Hard-working and determined to the point of stubbornness, he is always willing to put himself in danger to help another as well as being firm and fair leader, often enjoying the responsibilities that comes with the position, that honestly cares about those under his command, never giving them them a task he wouldn't do himself. However, this desire for leadership can on occasion cause him to bite off more than he can chew and when this occurs he can become extremely irritable and unfriendly due to the pressure. Also he is very organized in both his personal and professional life, with it giving him almost a sense of stability. Another point to mention is that he extremely dislikes the use of violence and will exhaust any means in search of avoiding it, though this has cause him to butt heads in several occasions as he will fiercely defend the pursuit of his ideals and values. Apart for earlier hatred of violence he also dislikes ignorance in any form and always strives to reduce it in him and others as well as striving for general improvement. However, his more conservative views on life have caused him to view change in some areas of life with caution rather than with open hooves.

Backstory: Cura Breeze was born in a small village called Hearthshire that laid on the edge of the border between Equestria and the Griffin Dominion. He was the only child of Featherwieght,a determined and energetic pegasus, the captain/only member of the town's weather team, and Light Touch, a reserved and kind unicorn, the town's doctor. The first 10 years of his childhood were fairly normal, his days full of daydreams of joining the Wonderbolts, playing with his best friends, and going to school. In his free time, he would also help his mother with the weather and when that wasn't possible, he would observe his father at work. Nether parents minded, his mother often taking times to teach Cura Breeze ways he could improve his flying while his father would sneak lessons in medicine between the occasional patient. While Cura Breeze always pay close attention to his parent's lessons,he never really took great interest in the latter. That would all change on his 11th birthday, the day he earned his cutie mark. After that he became obsessed with learning the art of healing others, his dream changing from that of joining the WonderBolts to that of the first pegasus surgeon in over fifty years; eagerly spending his free time learning under the tutelage of his father. Though it wasn't long however, when a problem arose. While he mastered basic first aid, he found that he lacked the dexterity that unicorns processed to preform more advanced procedures. Refusing to let the lack of a horn stop him, he turned to the one thing he had, his wings. With his parent's support,he trained tirelessly for two years until his wings had developed a level of dexterity bordering that of unicorn telekinesis. With that problem resolved, he continued his studies under his father for the next five years, meanwhile still continuing to help his mother with the weather and spending time with his friends.<br /> <br />On his 18th birthday, Cura Breeze was accepted into to the Canterlot Institute for the Medical Arts under a scholarship, having applied a few months before under the encouragement of his father, who had saw the potential in his young son in the medical field and after a tearful goodbye, left to purse his dream of entering the medical field. There he spent the next four years working tirelessly for his medical degree. However, it was far from the small town he had grown up in. CIMA's and neighboring Canterlot daunted him with their and while he did eventually grow accustomed to it, still left an impression that he would remember though the rest of his life. Quickly though he would become acquitted with the darker side of Canterlot. He discovered that the field of medicine was a unicorn dominated profession and his classmates took great care to remind him of this fact. Refusing to quit however, he poured even more determination into the pursuit of his degree and in four years later graduated with flying colors. <br />After graduating at the age of 23, he joined with an aspiring nurse known as Red Heart, who he had befriended during university, to create the Equestrian Red Heart organization. Based in Baltimare, its goal being to provide medical and humanitarian to those in need, in and out of Equestria. Although from small beginnings, over the next five years this organization, under the combined leadership of Cura Breeze and Red Heart; with Cura in the field, and Red Heart behind the scenes, along with funding from the Equestrian government it quickly grew into national organization, with clinics and offices all over Equestria. During this time Cura Breeze personally headed over a dozen relief and humanitarian missions, from treat those injured in floods in the Zerbraican Isles to helping the city of Canterlot recover from the Changeling invasion.
