Cutie Mark: The cutie mark is 2 sniper rifles together like an X
Personality: Fire is a kind and caring pony, able to take charge and be a leader when necessary but also a casual mare for the most part. She is smart and capable, able to notice things that many miss and has a keen sight to things. She has a vast knowledge of things that she uses from day to day, most of it coming from her training at the military as well as what she's learned on the missions she goes through.
Sometimes she can be depressing, and be as though hope is lost, but she wont show it to others and keep calm and cool headed in any situation. She is the mare you want to be around when shit goes down, having a heart of gold when in danger and trying her best to always be the best mare she could ever hope to achieve, even through all she has been through.
She has nothing against anyone, except those who have crossed her path before, and those who wish to harm others for their own entertainment.
Backstory: Fire had lived a normal childhood, living with her parents and going to school before she was old enough to go to the academy. Which she always wanted to go as a filly, studying hard to be as smart as she could be and so that she could be ahead in her education and life.
She gained her cutie mark when she was out with some childhood friends at a range. She always had brilliant eye sight and perfect aim when throwing things at her friends, with her magic especially. So when it was her turn to fire the pistol, it wasn't a surprise she got bullseye with each shot, though what was a surprise was the fact that her cutie mark had appeared.
After she had gained her cutie mark she knew that she was going to be a fighter, an actual officer in the military.

When Fire was old enough to attend Academy she took all her duties with pride and was very well disciplined, while others buckled under the pressure when they had to talk back to their commander or that they couldn't take the pressure of so much training and they cracked, Fire was able to stand tall and continue with whatever they threw at her.
This was recognised, officers in command seeing a great soldier instead of all the wannabes trying to be heroes. Since She was recognised as a well disciplined soldier she was offered the position of sniper on an elite team of ponies. From there she was trained in more specialised skills, things that would be needed as her position needed it. She was already brilliant with firearms, but her skills as a sniper only grew with her more advanced training, and she integrated well with her new buddies. They became more like a family than anything.

Though of course, there was a price for being on a team like this. Fire Sharp had accepted the position and what would happen with it, she was told the consequences and what would happen.
She was a part of the Special Operations: First Edition. An elite group of ponies that originated from early equestrian times.
They were a major defense, being the ponies that were at the frontlines, and over the other side of them. They were the ponies to call when diplomats needed protecting or missions to dangerous for common adventures or officers to partake in.
And because of that, they were dangerous by being alive. Loved ones and close friends could be used as hostages or murdered in revenge, lives could be ruined or lost all because they only knew you. And because of this, you can't be alive anymore.
To the general public they've been told that you died in an accident, or that you were sent back to war and you never came back. But in all reality you were more than alive and doing your duty for the country.
The only way you can go home is if you come home in a wooden box.

Fire has gone up high in her team, position of leadership and the like popping up when leaders die or others did. This wasn't a job you could retire from, though if you did get too old you became the commander of the younger ones.
One mission, something happened. Something went wrong somewhere, the hideout for the team was leaked to an enemy force, in which ended as the result of the entire team dying. Except for Fire Sharp, she was the only one to survive, the bomb attack nearly killing her but never got the chance too. She was saved and rescued, but through the system she became the leader of the elite team, even while she was still stuck in a hospital bed.
