Appearance: (Current vector done by Blue Bay) <br /><br />She's medium gray with a long dark blue mane and tail. Her eyes are big and about the same color as Rainbow Dash's, but a little darker. She's sort of chubby, in a super adorable way.

Cutie Mark: Her cutie mark is a gradient raspberry colored comet, which the tail of it looks like a lightning bolt.

Personality: She's sort of shy and quiet, but when she's around her friends, she LOVES to make them laugh. She's not really open to trying new things unless she has somepony to show her the way or stand by her side in the process. She loves food, flying, and animals. She likes to watch cartoons and play video games. She is also a traditional artist in her spare time.

Backstory: Inclement Blitz lives a normal, sometimes boring life in Baltimare, where she works as a weather pony, handling thunderstorms. Most of her friends are unicorns or earth ponies.
