Appearance: Neon has wings, a pegasus with purple striped horns and a white bandage around her left eye. She has fangs, as there is a bit of Vampire pony in her lineage. Without her bandage, her Left eye glows a dark purple,though very few can see her eye without it's glow at certain times.

Cutie Mark: Neon's cutie mark is a black and blue play button, As she is rarely seen without her music

Personality: A shy Monster, who has developed the urge to serve all of those who meet her, she is quiet and well read, but she is a great supporter to those who befriend her, all of the elements of harmony are shown to her friends, she is sensitive and easily hurt, and gets lonely easily, despite she enjoys being alone at times. She loves animals and Is never seen without her headphones in public.

Backstory: For as long as she can remember, Neon used to live at a circus, where she was forced to sing for the paying ponies amusement, she was treated as nothing more than property, which lead her to develop the need to serve all who treat her kindly. When she was set free for her hour, she would find things to read, as it was the only thing she found comfort in other than music. One day, she worked up the courage to run away from her prison, but in her escape, her left eye was caught on a branch. But she did not go blind in this eye. She was able to see more than the normal pony eye could see, it became to much, and she began to wrap it, so that she would not be overwhelmed. After travelling, tired and hurt, she came across Ponyville, where she was able to find a home for herself, but she stays locked away, she is afraid to go out with her looks, as she does not fit in with the ponies of Ponyville. Though when she does go out, she is always seen with her headphones and is usually only off to the bookstore.
