Personality: Rick has a very worry-free life. He has a "Live life to the fullest" attitude. Just don't criticize his flying...

Backstory: Rick had the same wish as Rainbow Dash: to become a Wonderbolt. Eventually, he got in, and is now the co-leader of the Wonderbolts. Rick would not leave his cutie mark unshowing, so he cut a hole where it would show.
