Cutie Mark: Her cutie mark is a pair of jumper cables, with electricity arcing between the clips.

Personality: Sort of bubbly, easily excited and easily ticked off. Gets angry if anyone mentions her heritage, and likes to mess with old tech and new.

Backstory: Rusty joined the Rangers because she was bored. She'd gone through all the interesting crystals, metals, and old world tech she could get her hooves on legally in the Citadel, and was thinking about turning to the black market, when she saw a poster inquiring about a scientist's assistant for the Rangers, which sounds like as good a free pass as any! So, she signed up with no hesitation, completely unaware of what the Rangers actually do.
