Personality:

A very eccentric pony, his wild schemes serve a grand purpose and damning consequences. He has a need to share new inventions and theories to whoever has the ears to hear them, yet he can not, for his plots would be swiftly ended if he were to ever give in to his baser need to impress those around him. He has been known to jump in and out of social circles; he'll return someday, but you may not remember him.

Backstory:

Silver tongue lived and remained in Canterlot throughout most of his life.

His parents who worked at the equestrian embassy taught him all they knew about diplomacy, and he learned much faster than most. His words flowed like water and landed on ears like velvet on a spider web. This pony was masterful in his art, yet he was still the black sheep of the family. The Silver family was known for their humanitarian work and were a great source of optimism in the world, yet Silver Tongue had was far more cynical. He saw a world not as others to help in the journey of life, but rather a stage for great tragedies and comedies to play out. Silver Tongue saw himself just as much a viewer in this grand play as he was an actor, and like any viewer, his entertainment is paramount.
