Appearance: <p> Sweet Cake carries a pastel/petal pink as the main coat with her hair at medium length and natural. Her wide eyes are painted a blue-green that give her an innocent look to compliment her default, warm smile. </p> <p>   </p> <p> For most of her life, Sweet Cake has only had one white mark (which is the round shape above her muzzle). Recently, an old rival offered a color changing icing for Sweet Cake's celebratory cake commission, pretending it was a friendly gesture. Unfortunately, her hooves and hair became stained during her work which gave them a “bleached” look. To solve this, she took a paintbrush and created designs on her legs so it looked more fashionable and on purpose. Her customers complimented the new look and now she sells the perma-icing in her caravan. </p>

Cutie Mark: <p> Her mark is shown to have a wooden rolling pin with a puddle of flattened dough behind it in the form of a paw print. This symbolizes her skill and passion for baking, especially for pets. </p> <p>   </p> <p> <em>((Author's note: It does not show her true cutie mark on her image reference, but this is a new change I have added and will use another picture when it is complete.))</em> </p>

Personality: <p> Like her name, Sweet Cake is very kind and warming. Her goal is to bring smiles on faces whether by her bakery treats or her positive flattery. She usually carries a bubbly personality no matter the situation. However, the more she trusts a pony, the more calm and caring she will be with them. </p> <p>   </p> <p> Secretly, she is not a fan of pranks or any kind of chaos. Although she is not thoroughly organized, it brings pain and annoyance to see a mess. She enjoys order and pleasant fun (even planned adventures). So of course, she fears Discord being around to ruin a perfect day. And whenever something large/catastrophic ruins a thoroughly organized and exciting event, the poor mare will lock her legs so tensely, she can faint from the shock. </p> <p>   </p>

Backstory: <p> Found on the edge of Everfree Forest, her foster grandfather (Ol' <span style="color:#e67e22;">Spice oak </span>) took the foal in and raised her in his old cottage. She was a bit of a bundle of energy, but he did not mind since it reminded him of his children when they were young and positive just like her. As she grew, Spice oak would notice that she would never venture outside for too long. When asked, Sweet Cake merely answered that she did not like going out since the other ponies seemed too odd to her. For a long time, the filly was home-schooled and helped around the house, only to visit the edge of Everfree Forest to meet her animal friends. However, visitors and relatives of Spice oak would voice their concern about Sweet Cake not socializing with the others. It made her quite shy and awkward around ponies. An idea struck her grandfather. He then taught her all he knew about baking. Becoming a strict but understanding mentor, Spice oak helped her grow out of her shell by forcing her to fetch ingredients and going out to ask other bakers for advice. However, she still had a hard time wanting to meet others and still dragged her hooves when it came to his missions. </p> <p> A new planned formed and he told her to create a bunch of pet treats for the owners in Ponyville. When she did, he handed her a basket filled with the freshly baked snacks and together they went out to Ponyville. Spice oak visited everypony he knew that owned a pet or animal friend so they could hand out complimentary treats to them. It started with Sweet Cake admiring the animals, then asking and answering small conversations. Soon, she was happily chatting with ponies about their pets and baking. She had a sweet happy charm about herself that even she didn't fully realize. As they headed home, Sweet Cake rushed to prepare for more free snacks for new friends. In the evening as Spice oak let her work on treat ideas on her own, the filly's cutie mark appeared which brought great joy to the family. Sweet Cake could see that her purpose was to bring happiness to her animal and pony friends by creating wonderful bakery sweets and bringing joy to whoever she met. </p> <p> Unfortunately, when one day she was out selling her cakes to support her grandfather, she noticed that Spice oak was not in their home. This was unthinkable, because he always waits for her to be done with work. With great despair and shock, she looked everywhere for him and even asked around in Ponyville. The ones who knew him believed he left so she would not have to see him pass away, but Sweet Cake denied this. With a bit of regret, Sweet Cake decided to sell the cottage and use the money to buy a caravan so she could travel around the land to both support herself and search for Spice oak. </p> <p> As a couple of years pass and finally coming to the age of an adult, Sweet Cake believes less and less that she will find him. She has already grieved for him and gained support from her friends, but her heart still aches and wonders if he left because he was tired of being around her.  </p> <p> Sweet Cake still travels around in her caravan to either visit her old home, sell seasonal treats, or even try to meet friends to keep up a positive and happy spirit. </p>
