Cutie Mark: A black comb.

Personality: Teddy is on smooth operator. He always tries to act and look cool, but he is secretly sensitive. He dislikes when ponies find out about his softer side. Of course, his girl Sweetheart always tries to see the good in him, even when he acts like a jerk in order to appear 'cool'. He also thinks his sunglasses make him look extra smokin'.<br /><br />Teddy loves to hang out after school with his pals, chilling and listening to the radio or hanging out at the roller rink. Teddy is very close to his friends, but he sometimes pushes them away if he is starting to get emotional, because crying would appear uncool and babyish.<br /><br />There are very few ponies that know about Teddy's secret teddy bear. Teddy still likes to sleep with his stuffed bear, so sleepovers are a bit hard for him since he has to try to hide his habit. He feels he is too old to sleep with toys, yet he can't seem to give his bear up yet.

Backstory: The colt got his Cutie Mark one morning while he was trying out a new style on his hair. He decided to cut his shaggy mane, and trade it in for something more spiffy. Teddy's mother wasn't too appreciative of his haircut without her approval, but it subsided when he showed her his Cutie Mark. Teddy will probably grow up to be a hairdresser, styling the coolest manes for the most prestigious ponies in Hoofington. He may even move to Canterlot, to help spice up their stuffy society and give the city a new flair.<br /><br />Ever since then, Teddy has been cutting his own hair. Being an Earth pony, this is not always an easy feat—which may explain his less than perfect tail. Still, he feels hairstyling is his calling, and nopony is going to stop him from trying. For now, Teddy is focusing on school—more so the social aspect rather than his grades. He always means well, but sometimes his need to be cool is hindering.
