Personality: Torsten is level headed but also loves spouting trash talk as well, while he usually will approach situations with words before violence he does enjoy fighting. <br /><br />If he drinks too much he can get rather violent towards others.

Backstory: Torsten is the son of Thoridin, chieftain of the Frozenhoof clan, and Freyda Frozenhoof, they reside in Manebrauk. Ever since he could hold a weapon Torsten was trained in combat and blacksmithing by his own father. It was important that Tore be trained at an early age because the Frozenhoof clan was in constant conflict with the Shatterhoof clan. Both clans reside in the frozen north of equestria. <br /><br />Being next in line to be chieftain, Torsten was also taught how to be diplomatic rather then always fighting to solve issues. Otherwise when he wasn't training Torsten did have many friends within his clan and was loved by his parents. <br /><br />By the age of 20 Torsten was a skilled fighter with the maul, which is a large hammer very capable of smashing bone and stone. He was also a capable blacksmith, he even created his own weapon and armor.<br /><br />Around the age of 22 Torsten decided he wanted to a change of scenery and a sense of adventure, so he wanted to travel Equestria. With his parent's blessing he was allowed to leave his home to explore the world that many of his clan members have never seen before.
