Appearance: A fairly generic blue pony of the Earth persuasion, Zoop is roughly average in size and build. Aside from his cutie mark, he has no particularly defining physical characteristics beyond his large flowing black mane.

Cutie Mark: Shaped roughly like a stylized and lightly decorated padlock, earned through his occupation as a locksmith.

Personality: A creature of extremes, Zoop often alternates between being extremely dry and sarcastic and extremely silly, depending on variables such as the time of day, his present company, and the alignment of the stars.<br /><br />Generally paranoid, exceptionally pessimistic, fairly cynical toward life in general even during his silly moments, Zoop is often told by those around him to 'lighten up' and to learn to 'unwind' a bit, to no avail.<br /><br />Zoop simultaneously has the awkward combination of a large ego, and a inferiority complex.

Backstory: Born as the sole child of a pair of middle-aged parents in an obscure and far-off corner of Equestria, Zoop set out from home at an early age to carve out his own path in life. This eventually led Zoop to discover a talent for locksmithing - and with it a slight distaste toward unicorns, who are often able to defeat simple locks with minimal effort through the use of their nonsensical magical nonsense.
