Adachi 772 June 10, 2014 Author Share June 10, 2014 What would you do with your magic? @, What if I told you, the fair folk are the same entities are the grays. Distorded bodies, messing with people. Same thing different point of view. :okiedokielokie: Oh how much I hate them. I highly doubt that. I think they were driven out of our realm through the thick pollution and negativity in this world. Our world started out as innocent, and I believe that humans lived side by side with these beings, but human greed happened, and the survivors fled to the lower realms. But because people have been awakening, they have been appearing to people more and more. I wouldn't be surprised if many of the angel sightings were actually faeries, maybe they're actually the same thing or very similar. And the people of Ireland and all other true Celtic countries still believe in them, and they live right where the highest faerie activity is. “I am quite sure now that often, very often, in matters concerning religion and politics a man’s reasoning powers are not above the monkey’s.” — Mark Twain

(I hate grays a lot. They are pretty much the only thing that makes me paranoid. brr) Have you any experience with them?

Not sure, although they say when you can see grass or leaves sway with no wind, or you hear weird noises, or feel the bed move for no reason, or see similar signs, it is a faerie or spirit trying to get your attention. I think I did have one faerie encounter in a dream, but it could've been a departed pet saying goodbye. The girl in my dream looked human, maybe elven, but I had the dream on a night where I was thinking of the pet. And the dream put me at ease. I find Cryptozoology absolutely fascinating. So... Yes, I do in fact believe in unicorns, fairies, etc. That's cool.

I would ask her what they think of us humans, and if there's anything important we need to know. Other than love each other and care for the Earth (which SHOULD be givens, but ppl be greedy mang). “I am quite sure now that often, very often, in matters concerning religion and politics a man’s reasoning powers are not above the monkey’s.” — Mark Twain

I would be fascinated to learn about them. Of course first I would be freaked out by little humanoid because I have bad "experiences" with them. ~Sylveon~ 188 June 10, 2014 Share June 10, 2014 What would you do with your magic? I'd do good things, of course. And hopefully rise to power as the queen of the world. Hey there! I'm ~Sylveon~. You can call me Sylveon. xD If you ever need anyone to talk to, don't hesitate to contact me. I'm here for you.
Ziggy + Angel + Rain 11,302 June 10, 2014 Share June 10, 2014 "Do you believe in such and such and such?" No. Wow... That was a really easy question to answer lol. The human imagination is boundless, but I've no reason whatsoever to believe that any of those beings exist outside of our minds and nightmares (or pleasant faerie type dreams if anybody has those). Cthulhu and colorful talking ponies are totally real, though. "It uses the faculty of what you call imagination. But that does not mean making things up. It is a form of seeing." - from "The Amber Spyglass"
Washougal_Otaku 1,020 June 10, 2014 Share June 10, 2014 Yes, but I hardly believe that cavemen were capable of understanding things such as purity and beauty, they were more concerned with clubbing in the heads of their dinner/enemy tribes and surviving. So they had to have seen one to know to draw one, because a primitive savage is almost incapable of understanding such beauty. And I believe that cavemen (or at least ancient people) drew things mostly to keep records, although also to pass on traditions. And all traditions have a glint of truth. According to some theories, yes. However, that's part of the flaw with our knowledge of cavemen; it's all theoretical, and therefore subject to possibly being incorrect. I, for one, see no reason to limit their possibilities, especially when they were coming up with the idea of gods representing natural phenomenon. I also see no reason to assume that they wouldn't understand beauty (or in my opinion, horror). Much of ancient recorded tales are littered with supernatural/religious tie ins; in some cases, it's to explain the unknown, or to make one (or a group) sound better, or for simple entertainment, etc. In your own words, all traditions have a glint of truth; this means that there is also a glint of lies. :comeatus: Gimme some time to come up with something new, okay? MUCH LOVES!!!
