SOMEONE PLEASE IDENTIFY THIS DEER AND BRING IT TO JUSTICE FOR ANIMAL ABUSE

As guilty as that deer is of animal abuse, I doubt any court would be able to take it seriously. If you were talking about the dudes messing with the deer, I doubt courts would sentence pigs either. All in all, the deer held it's own fairly well, and I'd call that a draw. For now.
