Not eating

I know this is not good as sometimes I don't eat at all day for 2 days, then I will eat something.
What I want to know is how can I make myself want to eat because I hate eating, I don't know why

Simple,

 

Tell yourself it's part of life and do it.

 

Try to find something you like to eat in general, and hope that its healthy for you. I'm the exact opposite of you though sadly so I can't understand why anyone would NOT want to eat. But my result of loving to eat as much as I do, has forced me to go on a diet lol.

Try to find something you like to eat in general, and hope that its healthy for you. I'm the exact opposite of you though sadly so I can't understand why anyone would NOT want to eat. But my result of loving to eat as much as I do, has forced me to go on a diet lol.

That must suck to be on a diet like that I mean not having a choice is the worst

most food these days has more calories in it than we really need lol, you don't need to eat that much per-se. Just stick to light meals and such. Its more for keeping you metabolism going more than anything

Well you could just have a slower eating drive, as long as you are taking in sufficient calories for what activity you do during the waking part of your day you should be fine. But if you are driving your self to starvation, unfortunately non of us here can really help you, but you need to seek a medical professional.

And as for why, it really depends on how active you are. If you are not very active, then you are not going to burn as much energy, and not get as hungry as you would if you were living a more active lifestyle.

eating in moderation is better than any diet as the weight you lose will be lost slowly and more likely to stay off. Diets are quick fixes that only work if you stay on them. The instant you change back your weight rebounds and piles on again even faster as your brain thinks its just averted a starvation crisis :P

What actually happens is I get hungry but I ignore it then it goes away so I forget I'm hungry I only really eat when it starts to hurt
