A separate sub forum for earlier gens

While this is a forum for FiM, there are those of us who like, even prefer the earlier generations, so perhaps there could be a separate section for entirely pre-G4 matters?

Perhaps a sub forum for SC wouldn't be too terrible of an idea. Could give people a place to discuss this sorta stuff, Its definitely worth looking into.

That's great! Because when I post questions about G1 most of the answers seem to be 'I don't know anything about G1, sorry I couldn't help!' So at least if it in its own section, people would only answer if they were interested/knew about pre-G4!

There are a lot of G1 fans on here, me being one of them of course with how converative site staff is on creating sub forums it seems unlikely that this will happen but is worth considering at least. Another idea might be a PM group or something which is easy enough to set up because pretty much anyone can do it.

That would be nice.  Though there are fans of earlier Gen's here, they are quite the minority and thus have a harder time finding those who are also fans.
