Prankster Pony Pals (1x1 between Blue Eclipse and C. Thunder Dash)

Riley and Anala trotted alongside each other. There was a breeze going on that day, causing one of Anala's braids to whack Riley in the face.

 

"Does that count as a prank?" asked Riley, rubbing his snout.

 

"I'm not sure," replied Anala. "But here we are."

 

Standing before them was Riley's place of employment: Manehattan's Novelty Store.

 

"Keep your cash to yourself, babe - er, Anala," said Riley. "I'm pretty sure I can get an employee discount."

Thunder and Blitz had been working in Cloudsdale most of the day. They just got off their shifts. "Hey, how about a flight to Manehattan?" Thunder asked. "Oh that would be great!" Blitz stated. Thunder took to the skies and flew towards Manehattan. Blitz followed him.

Riley and Anala entered the shop.

 

"Sooooo, got yourself a girlfriend now?" came the voice of Riley's boss.

 

"Wh-what?! No, no I don't love - er, like her!" stammered Riley.

 

Anala nudged Riley playfully. "He's just teasing, man."

 

Riley nervously laughed. "Yeah, just teasing..." Teasing for now, he thought.

Thunder and Blitz landed in Manehattan and started to walk around. "I wonder if my friend Riley is around..." Thunder stated. "Who's Riley?" Blitz asked. "He's a friend I met back at Lightning Bliss's birthday party. Remember that new hidden alicorn Princess I told you about?" Thunder asked. "Yeah...I do." Blitz stated.

Riley heard a conversation from outside and turned around to see a familiar Pegasus... Thunder Dash? Riley went out to greet him, and shook his hoof.

 

"Dashie! It's been a while! How have you been? Who's this?"

 

Anala joined the group. "So, Riley, is this by any chance Thunder Dash?"

"Hey Riley! What's up?" Thunder asked. Blitz looked at the two ponies. "Oh! This is my twin brother Electra Blitz." Thunder stated. "Hey there." Blitz stated. "And I'm guessing that's Anala right?" Thunder asked as he looked at the mare who was with Riley. "It has been a while." Thunder added.

"Yup, this is Anala all right!" answered Riley, wrapping a wing around Anala. "Nice to meet ya, Electra Blitz!" he added. "Anyway, Anala and I met Nitro Spark recently. Not sure if he told you about it."

 

"And we both know how that boiled down..." added Anala. She and Riley exchanged giggles.

"Uh oh...what happened?" Thunder asked as he looked at the two. "Did you two pull a prank on him? I hope not..." Thunder stated as he continued to look at the two. Meanwhile Blitz had snuck to get something. He came back with it hidden so none of them could see what he had.

"Not on Nitro," answered Anala. "That's not to say we didn't try. Anyway, Nitro gave us and a bunch of other ponies a ride in his Saleen, nd when we stopped at a restaurant, Riley got up from the table, so I put a whoopee cushion on his seat, and later, I got up, and sat back down, falling into my own trap. I was so embarrassed mad at myself, and, well..." She shuffled her hooves about, gazing around.

"Oh...well...he told me all about it. Glad you're okay, and Anala, you need to learn how to take backfires right. The number one rule for pranks is...they may backfire and if they do...take it like you were the one who was getting pranked." Thunder stated. Blitz nodded in agreement.

"I guess I was just mad at myself for the sheer stupidity of what happened..." replied Anala. "I was lucky to get my bow and arrows back."

 

"Speaking of pranks, Anala and I were headed off to do those right now!" said Riley. "This store here is where we get our supplies. I can get an employee discount."

"Wow! I get most of my prank stuff in Ponyville. But I really don't need it..." Thunder stated as he gathered electricity and made a tutu appear on Riley. Blitz tried hard to hold in a laugh and managed to do so. Blitz still had a smirk on his face, but still managed to wipe it and replace it with a poker face.

Anala looked at Riley and began giggling. "What is it?" asked Riley. Anala began rolling around the floor laughing hysterically. Riley looked over himself to see the garment he was wearing.

 

Riley blushed and looked at Thunder Dash. "This ability of yours - making stuff appear out of thin air - must come in real handy for pranking. no wonder you..." Riley paused.

 

"You okay, Rye?" asked Anala, waving a hoof in front of Riley's face. It was then that Riley began prancing around singing "La-dee da-dee daaaaa..." often making un-stallion-like giggles in between.

 

Anala turned to the other two stallions. "I think you should get that off him."

Blitz was laughing pretty hard. Thunder gathered some electricity and made the tutu disappear. Blitz recovered from the laughing attack. "It comes in a lot of handy..." Thunder stated. "So...shall we head to the prank store?" Thunder asked as he looked at the building.

Riley recovered from his tutu-induced trance. "Don't need to," he said. "We're already there."

 

He led the group inside the building and showed them the large variety of supplies that the store had to offer. "I sure am lucky to have this job, right?" he commented

"Yeah..." Thunder stated as he went through an isle. "Riley knows all of these stuff. This has way more than the joke shop back in Ponyville." Thunder thought to himself. Meanwhile Blitz had stepped on something sticky and invisible and was trying to get free. "Can't...get...ugh!!" Blitz said trying free himself. He ended up falling on his side.

Riley and Anala giggled at Blitz' predicament. Riley grabbed Blitz, and flapped his wings while pulling up in order to set Blitz free.

 

Analathen occupied herself looking at a rack of items. Riley grinned, and whispered to Thunder Dash to put a diaper on Anala.

"She'll be pissed..." Thunder said quietly. Blitz sighed happily. "Thanks a lot. Whoever put that there has a crazy mind..." Blitz stated. Thunder gathered some electricity and made an invisible banana peel appear on the floor in front of a pony who was walking. He slipped and fell right on his rump. Thunder laughed.

The pony who had just gotten pranked glared daggers at the group before he flew out of the store and went home to tell his mommy.

 

"Well, you put me in a tutu and I turned out okay, you know," said Riley to Thunder. "And watch your tongue!"

 

Anala continued perusing the stock, oblivious to the conversation.

"What do you mean...I use that word all the time." Thunder stated as he walked through another isle. He made sure that there was nothing on the floors. Meanwhile Blitz was was secretly tying a snake to Anala's tail. He was able to tie it carefully without yanking and pulling. He then took a few steps back.

Anala finished her browsing. "Same old stuff. When is this store gonna get something new?" She turned around, oblivious to the snake, to see the group sniggering. "Something funny, boys?"

Thunder was trying to maintain a poker face and managed to do so. He continued to browse the store and then thought of a perfect prank to pull on the Manehattan traffic.

 

(OOC: Ever tried the invisible rope prank? It's sooooo funny because it shows how gullible people are.)

It was at that moment that Anala felt a quick jolt of pain in her rear end. She looked behind her to see a snake. Showing no emotion of any sort, she opened the snake's mouth, detached it from her tail, and put it down the drain into the swers where it could be free.

"Well that didn't work out." Thunder stated as he continued to look around the store. Blitz saw a can of sweets. "Ooh! Sweets!" Blitz said as he went to it. But when he opened the can, confetti shot out. "Oh come on!" Blitz said a little irritated. Thunder continued to walk the isles.

After staring at Anala in awe for a while, Riley continued browsing the store. He then saw a metal box that was glowing. "What's that, Rye?" asked Anala, joining him. They touched the box...

 

BZZZT!

 

Riley got up. He saw... himself?! He saw himself sprawled across the floor. "What just happened?" said the apparently second Riley... in Anala's voice.

 

Riley looked at his hoof. It was white.

 

The two of them took the time to process what just happened.

 

"Aw, yeah! I'm Anala!" he said happily. He trotted over to Thunder and Electra. "Aren't I just adooooorable, boys?" He shook his female plot at them seductively.

 

"Stop messing with my body, Riley!!" yelled Anala.
