At the arrival of the second pony, Seth took that moment and forced the 'pony' atop him away. Getting up, he backed away from the two. With a deep growl, he glared at them. "I want answers now! Who are you ponies, why are you two the only ones here, and where are the others!?!? I don't want any of your bull shit! Tell me!"

Hunter spotted (and smelled) the pony nearby as well once back on his feet.

Let's see. One wolf center and a witness.If I just turned now I'd have no problem. I could get the wolf then scare that pony over there to never say a word.

"I'd leave now, friend. I'm the alpha here" He began to circle around to get a vantage point should he need it. He let out his own growl matching that of a wolf as well. "Tell you what. Get out of here and I'll leave you some meat too" Hunter put on his best tough guy face and voice. He kicked a slice of meat to Seth from his bag's spilled contents now in full view.

"Or are you looking for a fight? I don't know where anypony's gone off to. I'm just getting my fill out here"

Winter took a step back when the pony landed. Winter looked at him and said quietly "Your guess is as good as mine..." Winter kind of kept his head low and about a 2 or 3 yards between him and the two ponies. "Do you think me could be the only ponies left in the city?" Winter said.

"I don't rightly know. But I wouldn't count it out." Creedance pulled out a cigar, put it in his mouth and struck a match on his cheek and lit the cigar. He took a few puffs and tossed the match. "And if we're not the only ones in the city I don't know if we should look them. Cause some ponies would like to take advantage of a lack of guards. If you know what I mean." He took a two more puff of the cigar, placed it in his mouth and started walking. "And I'm one of them. Who's up for a drink on the house?" He said while he head to the closes bar.

Cyan stares at the two as they just look at him oddly. One of them started to smell him, he just looks at him with a strange face. The wolf one demands answers. "You expect me to know? I woke up in a ditch with the biggest damn hangover I've ever had. I can't even remember the night before!" Cyan shouts. The other one let out a strange growl, similar of a wolf. Cyan was even more confused than he already was. He saw him whisper to the wolf as well as pass him a slice of some kind of meat. Cyan took a nervous gulp and stood and tried to back slowly away.

Instead of a cowardly look, Seth stood strong. "Tell me, you have wolf in your blood. What spices are you? And I happen to be over a thousand years old. Where I'm from, that earns you the rank of high alpha. Don't even think of starting anything you will regret." He barked. He then walked over to the true pony and gave him a smile. "Well... it seems we are more or less alone in this world."

Hunter backed down. He wasn't a threat. After which he internally slapped himself for letting his wolf instinct get the best of him. 

"I'm sorry... Let the curse inside me get the better of me. It likes to be aggressive when I haven't eaten meat in a day or so" He had practically showed himself, his biggest taboo, in one short confrontation. 

Smooth job, Hunter. You passed that with flying colors.

After a moment of thought he decided just to turn now and save the trouble. His mane began to grow out, his hooves reshaped into big paws with monstrous claws, and he just looked more like a wolf all around. 

"To answer your question I'm a Lycan or as most others call it a monster. I don't mean you any harm or anything"

Cyan is stunned at his sight, he starts to completely loses it. He starts to walk back again slowly letting out a nervous laugh. "W-wh-at t-the hell is going on!?" He shouted. "Who are you?" He starts to walk forward towards them. "I've never been this confused in my life."

"That's a pity. Well, it was fun but I'm gonna head out on my own for a bit. But we'll meet again." With that ea turned the corner and was on his own. Creedance didn't mind, he prefer to drink alone anyway. As he was walking he passed a few liquor stores and hole in the wall bars. Since he was going to get a drink one the house he was headed for the fanciest house in town, the five star hotel in Manehattan. Creedance only had high class drink once. And that was cause he stole it from a high class ponies carriage one day.

 

@@arkman575,@@Cyan Blue,  As he got closer to the hotel he could hear talking and shouting. Soon he saw a pony and two... wolves? Creednace only seen a few wolfs in his lifetime so seeing one here was is kinda rare. As soon as he was close enough he spoke up to the three. "Hells bells! I knew there were more beings in this city."

Creedance raised an eyebrow. "Sorry to disappoint but I'm a earth pony though and through." Then he looked over to the wolves. "So one of these is like a.. werepony or something? Huh, don't see that everyday." He takes another puff of his cigar that was still in his teeth. "So.. it was nice meeting ya'll but I came here to get a free drink of high class whiskey. Ya'll can join if ya want." He then walked into the hotel and made a beeline for the bar.

Seth smiled to the new reveal of the wolf. "It's rare to see another one of my kin, even if you are pony in heart. No apology needed, I have had my dealings with curses as well." He said. "Would you care to join me on this fine day?" His thoughts were interrupted by another pony arriving. Answering his question, he spoke. "He may be a werewolf, but I'm a pure high-" He was cut off when the pony ran to the hotel's bar.

Creedance was to focused on getting some top shelf booze he didn't pay attention to what the wolf was saying. When he got to the bar he quickly grabbed some of the most expensive looking whiskey from behind the bar counter. Then he got an idea. He takes off his bags and guitar and put them on the counter. Then he grabbed four glasses and head back to where the others were. "Hey boys. How about we shear the first glasses of a freshly opened bottle?" He cracks open the bottle and pours whiskey in each glass and placed them in front of each of them. "I'm Creedance by the way, cheers." He took a long drink of the glass till it was empty. He lets out a breath. "Damn that's a good burn!"

Hunter finally relaxed. "Thank you. Most ponies would have sent me running by now" He stood a strong yet peaceful stance. "It's been a while since I've let my fur out"

 

Atlas followed the others as they left. From a safe distance he watched the two wolves. One of them looked familiar. A cutie mark? Wait...

"Hey! Hunter!"

 

Hunter's ears perked up at the shouting if his name. "Atlas?"

 

"Hunter! What the hell are you doing?" He ran up to his wolf friend. "And why are you turned?"

 

"Long story... I'm here cause you know. Homeless, wanderer, trying to find my place"

 

"I thought you were staying at my house in Ponyville"

 

"Yeah... I kinda got locked out. So the keys are all in the house"

 

Atlas gave him a flat look. "That's the least if our worries now. I see you found some friends"

 

"You could say that"

 

"Come on. We don't need that achohalic getting himself hurt" the two left the others and walked into the bar.

"This isn't the time to get drunk you know"

 

Just close your eyes...

 

From the back of the bar walked a pony in a staff uniform mop in tow. She stopped and just began to mop as if everything were normal.

"Yeah, I think I'm good. I woke up with the biggest hangover in my life. It didn't help that I was in a ditch and didn't know where the hell I was." Cyan says to Creedance. "We don't have time for alcohol right now, we need to find ponies and er... wolves I guess."  Cyan hops over the counter to look for any apple cider. "I'm still thirsty though, haha."

Creednace shrugs and took Cyan's and he werepony's glasses and drunk them letting out another breath and tossing the glasses in the street making them shattering. Then he head back to the bar. "I already met three other ponies before I came her, a shy one a pretty friendly one and one who seems to be friends with the werepony." He picks up guitar and sits on a couch near the bar counter. He pours another class and puts the bottle down and tunes his guitar taking a drink once in a while. "And you get use to hangovers. Just take a drink when you just wake up and you'll be dandy."

"Hell.. i could use something." The alpha said, taking a glass and taking it in one shot. He didn't react to it. "Nice... a bit too smooth, but nice taste." Seth commented. Walking into the bar as to grab himself another shot, he turned to see the mare with the mop. "Friend of yours?" He asked all of them, assuming it was just another random pony.

Atlas rolled his eyes as the others drank. 

"Is this really the time? The whole city is gone!"

 

"I guess it's not that bad" Hunter added.

 

"What do you mean?! This is a big deal!"

 

"I could get used to it. We're friends"

 

Atlas didn't really know what to say. We was going to bring up his family but family and Hunter was touchy. His parents were dead and his own brothers had run him out of town.

 

"I don't like it. No, I don't know how he is" Atlas walked over the the mare. "Ma'am. Do you know what's up?" She turned around to see who was talking to her.

 

"AHHH!" Atlas fell back in horror.

Her eyes were just black. That's all. Black. 

 

When you close your eyes does it always feel like night?

 

"We've got to get out of here... Now!" Something inside Atlas told him to run. Just run. Get out of there.

Winter began walking back to his apartment. As he turned the block and as he was walking down the sidewalk he saw a group inside a bar. Two of them he had already met, the other three, he had not. Of the three he had not met; one of them was a wolf, one was a pony and the other one he could not see because of the angle Winter was looking into the bar from. Winter had met a wolf before but that was a few years ago. Winter was unsure if he should approach.

When Atlas told everyone to run, Creeedance really didn't give a reaction. When he looked over to the mare and saw her black eyes he griped his guitar tightly but stayed calm but his eyes got angry. "Damn it, Legba!" Then he grabbed the whiskey and his bags and ran out of there.

Cyan heard the commotion going on and heard that someone said to run, so Cyan decided instead of running to hide behind the bar counter. He didn't know exactly what was going on anyway, so he just decided to stay behind it and he kept quiet. "I think I'm in deep crap now" he thought to himself.

Winter saw that the group was running out of the bar, except for one, who had just hid down behind the counter. Winter decided to go see what had caused them to run. Winter crossed the street and looked into the bar window. All he saw was a mare, I guess they all had Gynophobia (fear of women; in this case: Fear of Mares). The thought made Winter chuckle quietly.

Seth looked to the mare since every other pony was running away when he saw the blank black eyes. He fell off of his chair, trying to get away from the being. After scrambling to his feet, he began to dash for the door. "What the wolven hell is that thing???" he yelled when he cleared the hotel's doorway.

"I don't know but I ain't going back in!" Atlas and Hunter stood next to each other. "Is ever pony okay? Did every pony else see that?" Atlas didn't believe his eyes. Her eyes. They were just black. Something was horribly wrong. The city may not be as safe as thought.
