After watching this video, Time and time again

 

I truly believe that it's Davros's voice since it sounds so like it don't you think?

 

I can't wait for this episode because of the return of Davros since he was a really cool Villain and i loved him in Stolen Earth but that was when David Tennant was the doctor so... It might not be as great.
