Spike's A Bit Underestimated..?

Well, he was the second character in the show that was debuted, and still the Mane Six get more action. I understand that the Mane Six are called the  'Mane Six' for a reason, but Spike is a bit cast out. What I am trying to say, is that if Spike got just more screening time instead of being a side character, Spike fans would go crazy. Spike needs some love, right?

Well, Mane seven doesn't sound right. And maybe he is a side character. But I'm not going into because I can already fell the Spike fans coming at me with pitchforks. But as I hide in my anti mob bunker, I say perhaps he didn't need more time because they've given him as much as he can get. I mean face it, he's not element of harmony... oh no! I've said too much! They're breaking in! Ok, ok, he needs more screen time! In fact her needs his own episode! I admit it...

Spike is a bit underappreciated at times, but he does have multiple episodes that focus on him and he did save the entire Crystal Empire from Sombra and is considered a hero among them.

 

I'm pretty sure he's got the right amount of appreciation. I do consider Spike a mane character just like the rest of the Mane Six, but he's not an Element of Harmony, so while I don't consider him a part of their sort of inner circle when it comes to the magic power they share between them, I'm sure Spike is considered a part of their group to the Mane Six and they don't think of him as secondary at all.
