"I'M JUST AS FREAKED OUT AS YOU ARE! I HAVE NO IDEA!" Soprano said, freaking out. Soprano got so scared, he started to get slightly aggressive. "DON'T TOUCH ME DONT TOUCH ME". It was clear Soprano was breaking down due to the news that he had become a horse.

"He's right, Anala," said Riley, pulling Anala off of Soprano. "Whatever our bodies have transmuted into, the fact still stands that we're in the parallel universe just like we wanted." He knew it was possible that he had misused the term.

 

"Let's just navigate through this castle. Agreed?" Riley tried to stand up, but fell over backwards. He realised that as a pony, he would have to walk like one. So he got up on all fours. It didn't take long for him to adjust to walking that way.

 

"Hey, Soprano, you've got a horn," said Anala, tapping the horn protruding from Soprano's forehead. "Does that make you a unicorn? And what is the horn for? Swordfighting?"

"I dont know" Soprano said, still acting like a wuss. "Can we please just look around? I need to get my mind off of the fact that we are HORSES!" Soprano was terrified, and everypony knew. He was on the verge of a complete mental melt-down (Due to his Aspergers, they occur fairly often).

Anala rolled her eyes when Soprano said that he wanted to get his mind off their unexpected transformation. "Yeah, good luck with that..."

 

Riley looked at the new appendages on his body with great curiosity. He gave the wings a little flap. "Does this make me a Pegasus?"

 

Anala looked at her new body and was dismayed to find that she possessed neither a horn or wings. It also didn't help that her entire body was white and grey.

"Ehm... we should probably hurry. Why? Maybe because there are GUARDS CHASING US!" Soprano said, before attempting to run away from the approaching Royal Guards. Since Soprano hadn't figured out how to move properly, he slipped every 5 paces. He was not ready to be a horse.

The other three looked behind them to see that there were indeed guard ponies chasing them. Their fur was either white or dark grey.

 

They frantically galloped, but still ended up tripping quite a bit.

 

There was a sharp corner to turn. Anala and Reece made it, but Riley wasn't careful enough and ended up slipping forward and running right into the window. Neither Anala nor Reece saw it happen.

 

Riley squeezed his eyes in terror, but then felt something soft break his fall. It was a cloud. He was standing on a cloud.

"Wait, guys! Where's Riley?" Soprano said, frantic to get out of the castle in one group. "We need to split up and find him! I'll take the left corridor, Anala, you take the right. Reece, go with Anala. Now, go!" Since Riley (who is the leader of the group) was missing, Soprano took the role until Riley was found. 

 

As Soprano galloped, looking for Riley, he found a gold suit of armor, and put it on as a disguise. 'Now those guys will leave us alone' Soprano said to himself, looking for Riley.

Reece and Anala obeyed Soprano's instructions. Reece paused. "Wait, Anala! I think I heard glass shattering!"

 

They turned around and galloped back. They saw a broken window. They looked out through it to see Riley perched on a cloud.

 

"R-Riley! How are you sitting on that cloud?!" asked Reece.

 

"Let's just add it to the list of unexplained crazy stuff this new world has thrown at us," said Anala. "Riley, why don't you just fly back in here? Are you trying to hide?"

 

"I don't know how to use my wings yet..." admitted Riley.

 

Anala fortunately had a plan. "Reece, I'll hold your back legs and you can reach out, and Riley, you can jump up to grab Reece's legs!"

 

As they began putting their plan into action, Anala heard the sound of galloping hooves grow louder and louder. "Hurry! HURRY!"

"Don't worry guys, i'm coming!" Soprano yelled, while galloping towards the group. Soprano's armor fit quite well, and looked quite good as well. Hopefully the group doesn't mistake Soprano for a guard and run away from him; he had found the war out. "I found the way out guys!"

Anala and Reece finally finished hauling Riley back inside. They recognised Soprano's voice, and that he was only in disguise as a guard. They followed him to wherever the way out was. Noticing that her hat was the only item of clothing that had remained on her after her transformation, Anala took it off her head and threw it at the stampeding guards in an attempt to slow them down.

"Quick, in here!" Soprano yelled, leading everyone out of the castle. "Now we need to escape Canterlot before the guards get us!" 'Ugh, will it ever end here?' Soprano thought to himself. He was getting sick of this place. He missed his fingers. "Quick - which way do we go - left or right?"

The other three looked around, and soon, Anala saw a train. A steam train, that looked like a colossal-sized version of a toy for little girls. "Let's get on that train, wherever it takes us!" said Anala. She grabbed Riley, Reece, ad Soprano by the hooves and ran them into the train just before the doors closed.

Just as the group started to relax,  a big unicorn came asking for train fare. "Um.... 'Guys! We can't pay the fare! What should we do?'" Soprano whispered to the group. If they didn't pay the fare, they could get into even deeper trouble, and they really didn't need that.

Riley noticed pockets in each of his flanks (which he was slightly freaked out about), and he took his wallet out of one of them. He opened his wallet to discover that, instead of $32, there was now thirty-two golden coins of some sort. He didn't recognise them in the slightest. 'Must be the mirror working its magic again,' thought Riley.

 

Anala discovered that, instead of $41, her purse now held forty-one of the same golden coins Riley had.

 

Riley and Anala paid the fare for all four of them.

Soprano also discovered 120 golden bits in his pocket. "Wait, I didn't have $120 when we left" Soprano stated. "Where did the rest come from?" Soprano was confused, but also glad that he got extra golden and silver coins. "Wow, this place must be crippled with deflation if their currency is pure gold and silver" Soprano stated.

"I dunno, perhaps it's the same stuff that coins are made out of back in our world?" suggested Riley. "Either that, or gold and silver is really common in this world."

 

Reece looked out of the window to see green pastures and old-fashioned towns.

 

A mare walked up to them with a snack cart. "Can I get you anything?" she asked sweetly. "We have hay sandwiches, oat cakes..."

Soprano found a pony's diet to be.. stange at best. "Um... do you have any plain bread?" Soprano said. "Ugh.... yes, i'll go get it." the mare said, a bit frustrated why a new-comer didn't want food that she made herself.  This whole time, Soprano was starving. He had skipped breakfast.

"I guess that means equines can digest bread," commented Anala to nopony in particular. "As far as our bodies are concerned, we'll be limited to just whatever this world has, it seems, It's good to know we won't be on a strict diet of nothing but oats and water."

As Soprano kept watch of his friends, sleeping on the bench, he started to look around the town. It was very flashy, with lights everywhere. He hated it; but, it was Reece's turn now anyway. Soprano woke up Reece, and went to sleep.

"I can relate..." answered Reece, making a face of disgust.

Reece groggily woke up. His turn had come. He got up and stood in front of the bench that Riley, Anala, and Soprano were sleeping on/around. Just two hours. Then they'd be able to experience a day in this strange new world.

"Anyways, where is the train heading?" Soprano asked, still refusing to eat oats. "Hopefully somewhere with somewhere to sleep. I'm tired!"

Soprano went to sleep, still finding his new body un-pleasent. He was curious about this new world, but he still hated it.

Riley, Anala, and Reece tapped their hands... er, hooves on their laps, as they tried to remember where they were heading off to.

 

"We could ask someone," suggested Anala. "But what if these ponies speak some sort of foreign pony language?"

 

"Only one way to find out," said Riley. He looked behind him. "Excuse me," he said to the stallion wearing a top hat and spectacles. "Where is this train headed?"

 

"Ponyville, young chap," said the stallion in a posh accent.

 

Riley nodded, thanked the stallion, and went back to his seat.

 

"No new language, just a new accent, apparently," he told the group.

 

~~~Earth~~~

 

Reece was beginning to get cold. He was used to having fur, which he now lacked in his current form.

"Ponyville? Wow, generic much?" Soprano joked, realising that he still had his bag. "Hey, I still have my bag! It still has my two-way radio, camera, and a one time pad in it!" Soprano said. "Even my Game Boy!" Soprano added. He wondered how he could use them with hooves.

Riley turned his head to Soprano. "You have a Game Boy?" he said. "Cool, so do I! What games do you have? What games do you have? Pokémon? If so, perhaps we could battle against each other some time!" He continued to ramble on.

 

Anala rolled her eyes. While Riley was choosing to be concerned about video games, she was thinking about how she would cope now that she had become A FREAKING HORSE.

"I had Pokemane, but I left it on my desk at our real home" Soprano said. "We can't play now anyway. It's not design to be used with hooves!" Soprano added, feeling very sad that they can't get home for a while. "I think we're here. I see signs saying "Now Entering Ponyville." Soprano was amazed that he could read Equestrian, until he realised that Equestrian was English.
