Alternatives to Equestria Daily?

EQD is fine, but it seems to only promote the popular stuff. Is there any websites that promote not-so-popular works?

I'm starting to like Horse News more and more as they seem to take pride at themselves at not only being the 'Onion' of the fandom but aren't afraid to criticize something within the fandom or the show in their caustic humor.

 

Derpy Hooves Network is another site to go last I checked.

Actually in another thread I found out about Horse News, because I thought one of its articles were real. Anyway, good sites, I'll shall try them out.

Horse News is the Equestria Daily of /mlp/, basically. Expect the same dumbassery and dastardly lot of people you'd find on 4 Chan. If you want an alternative to Equestria Daily that's a little more supportive of people who aren't horse famous but still write articles in a similar fashion (like normal people) and keeps you up to date on everything, Derpy Hooves News is where it's at.

I would suggest Derpy News. They've even diversified to covering other cartoons as well. Round Stable used to be a news site but I think they've switched exclusively to editorials.
