Gracefilly 117 September 24, 2014 Share September 24, 2014 I am not sure where is would go so I am placing it here. ..... TWO WOLVES Have you ever heard the story of the two wolves? Let me give it to you. This is the way it goes: "One evening an old Cherokee told his grandson about a battle that goes on inside people. He said, 'My son, the battle is between two wolves inside us all. One is evil. It is anger, envy, jealousy, sorrow, regret, greed, arrogance, self-pity, self-pity, guilt, resentment, inferiority, lies, false pride, superiority, and ego. The other is good. It is joy, peace, love, hope, serenity, humility, kindness, benevolence, empathy, generosity, truth, compassion and faith.' The grandson thought about it for a minute and then asked his grandfather, 'Which wolf will win?' The old Cherokee simply replied, ' the one you feed'" I think we would all do better if we remember this often. 1 A truly happy person is one who can enjoy the scenery while on a detour. ~Author Unknown
Sunbro 4 Lyfe 939 September 24, 2014 Share September 24, 2014 But if I only feed one of them, and let the other to starve, am I not heartless and cruel? Would it not be a nicer deed to separate the two and feed them individually? 1 "You really are fond of chatting with me, aren't you? If I didn't know better, I'd think you had feelings for me!" Feed both but keep one in a cage to let out when you need it, use the other as your day to day face/facade Anger is a tool, and a pretty powerful one at that.
