If there was another mane 6

So we already know about the mane 6. Twilight Sparkle is a nerd who does magic and like to read and learn, Rainbow Dash is a tomboy and likes to be competitive, Applejack is very strong and hardworking, Rarity is a perfectionist and likes fashion, Pinkie Pie likes to make people smile and laugh, and Fluttershy is shy and likes being around animals.

 

But if there was another mane 6 that was different from the others, what could their personalities, archetypes, and interests be like?

What an exciting episode that would be if they had to face off against eachother in some way!

I've always toyed with the ideas of alternate Mane 6 dynamics such as changing the gender, age, and social class of the group. One of the most interesting ideas I had come up with is if there were an alternate Mane 6 based from a city like Manehattan rather than a small town like Ponyville. That would significantly change the social standings of the character dynamic, and as well their personalities and interests would change against the fast pace of urban life, which in itself would also test their friendships in a much different, more stressing way.
