Pony in Distress, manifesto & tools

Hi I'm Jazzabel (or plainly Jess)

I have to be totally honest with you ponies. I started being a brony, or a pegasister, a few weeks ago. 

I've watch half of the first season, but I'm already sold! I love it a lot <3 

This whole fandom started for me at the beginning of the new quarter at school. Our assignment is to choose a subculture/niche/community and design a manifesto and a set of tools for it. 

 

Now I'm a bid of a pony in distress at the moment. 

My manifesto is becoming really cool. I'm making the Brony Code, a book full with all the MLP friendship lessons in it. I'm also making a set of Propaganda posters which fit the book. 

 

So the Manifesto part isn't the problem. 

My biggest problem is actually the tool set. 
Because I have no clue what kind of tools you ponies use in daily life.

Don't know if this is the right place to ask you guys, but it would be very helpful if you could tell me what kind of products/tools/artifacts you use in your daily life!

I would be one very happy pony!

Hey there, Jazzabel, welcome to the forums! I've also just started getting into this show a very short while ago, so I guess we've both got a ways to go if we're gonna catch up with the rest of the series I hope you enjoy your stay!

Anyway, I love the style of your posters- I wouldn't be surprised if they were issued by Hasbro themselves. Personally I'd say I prefer the look of version 3 most of all, especially the way the silhouettes reach through the lessons (like Twilight's hoof ) I'm not too sure about how small the friendship lessons are for version 1... since they're meant to be propaganda posters, it just feels odd to have the actual propaganda message get overshadowed by the much larger image above it. That's just my impression, though

 

As for what products/tools/artifacts I use... to be honest, I'm a little reluctant to answer The only things I can think of are way too obvious (calendars, planners etc) so I'm not sure if they'd really be that much use to you. Sorry!

Thank you so much for your input Edwardo_Brony!
The tool part is quite hard to think about. I also go for the obvious pencils and fineliners and sewing stuff.

And I'm also a bid afraid that it's going to turn out like a magic wand haha.
