Foliha 395 January 9, 2015 Share January 9, 2015 (edited) I just bought a vinyl Applejack bank made by Diamond Select. Does anyone know if these items are licensed? I got it on e-bay. Description did not include measurements. Looks much better that the Chinese knockoffs I've seen - providing that the one I ordered looks as good as the one in the picture. There is a fairly long lag time before the item ships. Est. shipping date Feb. 16, '15. This item was describe as a "pre-order." Never run into that before either. Will update when the item arrives. zombienixon 330 January 11, 2015 Share January 11, 2015 Yeah, they're licensed. From what I recall, there have been delays in getting these into production, hell, we first saw prototypes in July or so. But looking on their website, it says that they are estimated to be available this month. But more importantly, did you just buy an item off of ebay (without really knowing much about what it was), and then ask questions about it? Next time, I'd try to do it the other way around. You're absolutely right. I screwed up. I liked the item so well I just hit that "buy it now" button, and then went back and scrutinized the page. I didn't see the dreaded words "from China", and it wasnt cheap, either. So I was hoping I hadn't just bought a knock-off. Thanks for your input. I still feel guilty for not checking first, but I'm glad to know I haven't bought a knock-off.
zombienixon 330 January 11, 2015 Share January 11, 2015 I hope you didn't get ripped off. That figure is on their website for $22.99.

One of the big draws of the piece for me. I've seen blindbag ponies that looked like they had been painted with a slingshot. Yuk!
