Moonlight 7,288 January 10, 2015 Share January 10, 2015 Make sure the tip is sharp, get higher quality colored pencils since unless you're downright amazing odds are regular colored pencils won't work well. Learn how to shade, make sure you have both a lighter and darker version for every color (so for example, light red/red/dark red). Also from the look of the second picture you posted, the artist used standard colored pencils and then used specialty markers for the outline/whites. Wicked Funky 2,955 January 10, 2015 Share January 10, 2015 I draw in layers, First a very thin one then a medium and in the outline, and where the shadown is going to be a harder one, And then i "smudge" it out a bit with my finger :3 Just your avrage scrub Irelia, Poppy and Shen main.
