Are my USB ports corrupt? gamepad and keyboard don't detect games.

So I installed a gamecube driver today for dolphin and all of a sudden ther windows 360 pad no longer worked.... So only AAA games work fine.. Games like Freedom Planet or even Shovel Knight the controller is so broken I get 'not responding prompts'. I don't know what I did. Hell in freedom planet... up is down on the the keyboard. Something is broken here.

 

I did everything

 

uninstall then install

end all proccesses

uninstalled the gamecube drivers which never worked anyways

 

 

I'm lost and too tired to keep trying. PC Slob Race.

Try a different USB port?
