There is no way you can get a bigger or more complete villian then the glorious Queen Chrysalis.

 

I dunno.  I heard they might end up bringing in Megatron from the Transformers franchise as a big bad for My Little Pony.(Faic.  But still I would love to see Megatron in My Little Pony, especially one voiced by Frank Welker).
