Dark & GrimDark fics(which do you prefer?)

I'm not going to post the pics of the fics i like, as that would land me in hot water; so i'll just state a few. I prefer a bit of both:

 

• Silent Ponyville 1, 2, and 3(Grimdark & Dark)
• Black Equinox(???)
• Past Sins(dark)

These are my top three of the dark & grimdark genres stories. What are yours?
