starting a brony animation/analysis youtube channel, need better computer

(if this isn't the right place for this kind of advice I apologize and ask to move this topic to the appropriate spot)

I'm a fairly competent amateur artist and am familiar with animation techniques and script writing and I'm looking to start a full blown brony youtube channel (and another channel for other projects not related to ze ponies). However I've looked into it and my current laptop can't handle the animation software I want to use and its straining enough as it is with programs like photoshop elements and other things. SO I'm looking to get a new laptop that can easily handle programs like Toon Boom without breaking my bank (like under 600$,)

 

I would also like to use programs like SFM as well, because I know if I got familiar with it I could use it, and if my comp can't handle a 2d animation program I KNOW it can't handle a 3d animator. 

 

Any recommendations for good affordable laptops that have the desirable graphics cards and the RAM for what I wish to be using it for will be appreciated. LINKS even more appreciated

 

I'm looking for something in the 300-400$ range but I CAN go up to around 6 if I HAVE to, but I would rather use that other amount to get a Microphone, a Pop filter, and the animation program/ video editing programs I need. 

 

I hope my own searches on this will prove fruitful, but again any help would be appreciated! Also IF you are a youtuber and have advice on things related to it feel free to pm me your thoughts on the matter.
