Anyone have family or relatives in the Eastern Stars?

My foster mother and father were members, but i know nothing about the order; but I didn't care to ask as that was her business; not mine. My foster father died in 2000 and and the order gave him a send off, but other then that, its all i have ever seen besides the uniforms.

I didn't even know what that order even was (Had some fin time on google & wiki)... ...

I give you props for that kind of stuff I could never do that kind of stuff I mean all my family is a bunch over slightly overweight Mexican blacksmiths .... we really don't do anything...

I mean the only thing I ever come close to is that my church gave out titles and I gave like 800$ to charity over a year to title "Knight" and the place I got the title from I had to answer a riddle and I was scared for like 2 day. 

 

But props to you I could do that for a long time.

Mother has some plates and what looks to be a tea set( it think) from it. I don't know if they're gifts or something else.
