I don't know why but I think that ponies sitting like this look really cute 

The colors looks pretty. You might want to work on Rarity's eyes though (unless it was an artistic choice). I liked it!

Ooh, me likey. :3 I love the nighttime aspect of it. I will say one thing and that is either the muzzle or the eyes, one of those is a tad large I think, maybe. Still, I like it a lot.

I think this drawing looks good.

One thing though that wasn't mentioned yet: Some of the shading in the top right of the sky is a bit heavier than the rest and the angle it was done at goes against the grain of the rest of the shading.
