Hello Everypony

Hey guys, just poking in here to introduce myself here. I'm joining the forums because, of course, I love MLP:FiM. I got into the show I'm a huge animation junkie (I first saw the brony revolution, then decided to check MLP out again), and I love to watch lots of cartoons (but it always feels weird, people expect me to be watching chick flicks by now, lol). I've liked MLP for a while, and I used to get some ponies when I was younger (the only one I remember clearly is a purple G3 or G3.5 I got from Mcdonalds, she had really pretty sparkly skin, a purple and pink mane of actual hair, and a hard tail. I want to say it was Twilight Sparkle, but apparently she just came about in G4, any ideas on who she was?). So yeah, I've always been partial to ponies, especially their hair (it was so fun to comb, style and tangle lol), but unfortunately everyone bought me old Barbies instead, boo. :'( With FiM here now, my interest in MLP is peaked again, especially with the new designs, cuter than ever. 

 The thing that attracts me to FiM in particular is the beauty of every component of itl: great voice acting, memorable characters, It also has an innocence about it that I love, innocence as well as enjoyability; as far as animation goes nowadays, shows are either innocent (and mind-numbingly patronizing), or enjoyable (yet quite vulgar, targeted towards awkward twelve year old boys or something). FiM is one of the few shows that makes a very comfortable compromise between the two. It's a nice show to relax to, a lot like Foster's, Rugrats, and the early eps of Spongebob used to be. Also, FiM has some of the best Flash animation I've ever seen, a real treat for animation fans. I also love the character designs and colors of the show, everything and everyone is so cute and adorable

As expected from an animation fan, I love drawing. I'm not that good at drawing ponies though, it's my first time drawing animals with four legs. Even so, it's very fun to, I hope to get some art in the fanart section.

And a question, is there a community name for a female fan of FiM? I don't want to call myself a brony because I'm not a bro, haha. Or am I just one of those periphery demographic females who always exist in shows meant for little girls?

Also, I love tteok if you didn't guess, and I live for sesame seed kkul tteok.
