midnight smiled and joined electro, as they joined the small group of 5-6 ponies, and started touring the factory,

he really wanted to see this, and he could tell electro was happy, and he was happy for him.

Electrobolt chuckled as he looked over to Midnight. "You can tell, huh?" he responded back, the smile still on his face. As they continued through the factory tour, they eventually came across a rainbow pool. *A liquified rainbow...? Interesting...* he thought to himself, staring at the colorful liquid. Just then, a thought crossed his mind. *I wonder how it'd taste...*

midnight smiled and watched electrobolt staring at the rainbow liquid, "go ahead, if you dare."

he knew from pinkie that rainbows werent really known for their flavor but he also knew electro would probibly want some first hand experience.

Electrobolt waited for a bit before the rest of the group continued on their tour through the factory before approaching the pool. Looking around a bit to make sure nopony was looking, he dipped a hoof in the pool and brought it to his mouth. He sniffed it a bit before shrugging and licked the liquid rainbow off of his hoof. As soon as he did that, his eyes popped wide open as his face turned bright red and tears poured from his eyes. As soon as he opened his mouth, a burst of flame shot out before vanishing. "S-s-spicy... Too... SPICY..." he wheezed out, backing away from the pool. He began to look around for cool, non-rainbow water to cool his mouth.

midnight smiled and handed him a cup of water he had pre prepared, "thought you would want some first hand experience rather then just me telling you, ive heard from pinky that rainbows are spicy." he giggled

Electrobolt quickly grabbed the cup of water as he proceeded to down it quickly. Gasping for a breath, he said, "Yeah... I can tell..." He shook his head as he looked back to the liquid rainbow pool. "You know what they say about curiosity, huh...? Anyways..." He looked in the direction that the tour group went off to. "Maybe we should catch up to them, before they notice we're missing..." He then began to hurry towards where the tour group is now.

midnight smiled and followed suit, as they both caught up to the group, they were heading into where they put rainbows into storm clouds so they show up after a rain.

"wow, this is pretty cool." he stuck his head under a cloud, only to get rained on.

*Schwartz shrugged.a*

"It has been two years. Im sure nopony there remembers me anyway."

 

Overdrive finished the note and slapped it down onto the kitchen door. "then we'll head out in fifteen minutes." Overdrive went upstairs and grabbed his guitar and sunglasses. He came back down looking fresh to death. Edited May 10, 2012 by Power Ten

Electrobolt couldn't help but chuckle when he saw Midnight get rained on by the storm cloud. Shaking his head, he pulled Midnight back out from under the cloud as he grabbed a nearby towel. "Here, take this, silly..." he said as he handed the towel over to Midnight.

midnight took the towel and smiled, "thank you electro." nuzzleing his lover then dried himself off, "whew, i needed to wash my mane anyway." he chuckled softly.

Electrobolt smiled when Midnight nuzzled him before looking around, seeing if anypony was around. Both fortunately and unfortunately nopony else was around. "Well, not that your mane is clean," Electrobolt began, adding a slight chuckle in there. "How about we catch up to the tour group again?" At that moment, he thought of something else that he didn't think about earlier. "Um, Midnight... How long has it been since Twilight cast that spell?"

midnight looked up in thought, "you still have about 20 minuites before the spell wears off hun." he smiled and put the towel away before turning back around, "come on, lets go catch up."

Electrobolt smiled as he nodded, saying, "Alright, let's get caught up with the group again." Before going off towards where he assumed the group went off to, he quickly gave Midnight a slight kiss. NOW he began to catch up to the group.

midnight smiled and kisses back before spreading his wings and bolting after electro to catch up with the group.

Eventually, the both of them caught up with the group again as they spent 10 more minutes on the tour. After that 10 minutes, the tour had come to an end. "Well that was the most fun I had since... Well, EVER!" he exclaimed, now outside of the factory. "Anyways, the spell's about to wear off soon, I believe..." he stated. "Think we should head on back to the house for now?"

midnight smiled and lowered himself, "alright then." he smirked and nuzzled electro, "glad you had fun."

Electrobolt started to climb on Midnight's back, and only his fore-hooves were over Midnight's back when his hind legs began to sink through the clouds. "WHOA!!!" he exclaimed, beginning to slip off of Midnight's back. "M-Midnight... Help!"

midnight reacted quickly grabbing electros hoof and held it tightly, "love," he smiled looking into electros eyes, "ive got you, ive got you." he looked up and called over a young pegasai to push electro up from the bottom, she nodded and flew underneath him, "alright, electro, we have one chance, get your front legs around my neck okay?"

Electrobolt quickly nodded as he did so. Moving his fore-legs around Midnight's neck and holding on as tight as he could without choking him, he said, "I got you!" He was really freaking out now, as he didn't expect the spell to expire for a few more minutes.

midnight snaked his wing under electros stomach and pushed getting the rest of electros body on his back, "there," he smiled "see, i promised i would never let you fall, and never let go." he grinned and thanked the pegasus mare before spreading his wings and lightly gliding off the cloud and back to the house.

Electrobolt was gasping for his breath, still holding onto Midnight as they began to return to the house. "Midnight, I... Thank you..." he said, still recovering from the shock he had encountered when the spell wore off. "I... I thought the spell... Would last for a minute... Or two longer..."

midnight smiled, "spells are fickle things, im just happy your okay love, i would have still come after you no matter what." he chuckled, "even if it had been 1 minuite earlier, im not losing you that easy." he giggled

Electrobolt began to crack a smile as he said, "Thank you Midnight... I love you so much..." Finally, he rested his head on Midnight's back, eyes now closed as he continued to hold onto Midnight tight. The excitement from the events that had occurred so far had taken it's toll on him, as he was worn out.

midnight smiled, he knew his lover had enough excitement to last him at least a day or so, and he was tired, so when he landed at the house he slowly trotted inside, and placed electro on the bed, then put the blanket over him, giving him a soft kiss.

"goodnight love, and sleep well."

he curled up against him and fell asleep with his hooves around electros neck
